Conclusion: The structural model shows an explanatory power of 77.2% for patient satisfaction, indicating the importance of simultaneous optimization of service quality and doctor's competence through strengthening institutional image.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ester Rita, Hery Winoto Tj, Eka Desy Purnamahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3452SELF-CONTROL IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF STUDENTS: A STUDY OF LITERACY, FINTECH, AND INCOME2025-08-16T03:07:15+00:00Sri Puji Lestarisripujilestari@umsu.ac.idRyan Prastikaryanprastika130@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Technology, and Income on Financial Management among Evening Class Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UMSU, Batch 2021, with Self-Control as a moderating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 294 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart-PLS software to assess both direct and moderating effects among variables. The results indicate that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Management. However, Financial Technology and Income do not have a significant effect. Furthermore, Self-Control moderates the relationship between Financial Literacy and Financial Management, but does not moderate the influence of Financial Technology and Income on Financial Management. This study introduces novelty by incorporating Self-Control as a moderating variable in the relationship between Financial Literacy, Financial Technology, and Income with Financial Management among evening class students—a group rarely explored in previous studies. The findings underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy and self-control to improve students' financial management, particularly for those balancing work and study responsibilities.
2025-08-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Sri Puji Lestari, Ryan Prastikahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3587ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF PERSONALIZATION AND USER EXPERIENCE ON TRUST, SATISFACTION, AND LOYALTY IN TOKOPEDIA USERS2025-09-11T05:09:59+00:00Agus Tamrin Reni01617230006@student.uph.edu
This study investigates the impact of personalization and user experience on customer loyalty, with trust, customer satisfaction, and positive perception as mediating variables among Tokopedia users in Indonesia. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory (SET) and the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework, the research explores how digital stimuli influence internal evaluations and behavioral responses in e-commerce settings. A structured online survey was distributed to Tokopedia users, and after data screening, 165 valid responses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3. The measurement model demonstrated acceptable reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha and CR > 0.70), convergent validity (AVE > 0.50), and discriminant validity (HTMT < 0.90). Structural model results show that personalization significantly affects trust (β = 0.347, t = 6.426), satisfaction (β = 0.261, t = 4.424), and perception (β = 0.289, t = 5.352), while user experience positively influences trust (β = 0.366), satisfaction (β = 0.311), and perception (β = 0.298). In turn, trust (β = 0.276) and satisfaction (β = 0.317) positively shape perception, and perception directly drives loyalty (β = 0.331, t = 5.707). All hypotheses (H1–H9) were statistically supported (p < 0.001). The findings validate the integration of SET and S-O-R in explaining loyalty formation in digital commerce. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse on e-commerce behavior and offers practical insights for platform developers to enhance user retention through personalized, trust-based, and satisfaction-driven experiences.
2025-07-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Agus Tamrin Renihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4439THE IMPACT OF OVERSEAS CSR IMPLEMENTATION ON LIFTING PERFORMANCE AND CORPORATE PROFITABILITY AT PERTAMINA INTERNATIONAL EP: A SEM-PLS APPROACH2025-11-14T09:11:31+00:00Nurul Intan Permanasariniprtn@gmail.comAndi Mardhotillaandi.mardhotilla99@gmail.comJerry Heikalandi.mardhotilla99@gmail.com
This study investigates the effect of overseas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on two performance outcomes of Pertamina International EP (PIEP): lifting (Y1) and corporate profit (Y2). Using a quantitative, explanatory design, we compiled 32 observations from four operating areas (Malaysia, Iraq, Algeria, HQ-International) across 2018–2025. CSR is modeled as a latent construct (X) with three reflective indicators CSR_Education, CSR_Environment, and CSR_Overseas while Y1 is measured by lifting_bpd and lifting efficiency, and Y2 by revenue and net profit. Data were analyzed with SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4). The measurement model meets all thresholds (outer loadings ≥0.70; AVE ≥0.50; CR and Cronbach’s alpha ≥0.70), with particularly strong reliability for CSR (CR=0.986; AVE=0.973) and Profit (CR=0.978; AVE=0.978). The structural model shows CSR has a positive and significant effect on both outcomes: CSR → Lifting (β=0.92; t=59.816; p<0.001; R²=0.847; Q²=0.515) and CSR → Profit (β=0.961; t=80.605; p<0.001; R²=0.924; Q²=0.898). Among indicators, CSR_Overseas (λ=0.988) is the strongest signal within the CSR construct; lifting_bpd (λ=0.935) dominates Y1; and revenue and net profit (both λ=0.989) equally anchor Y2. The findings imply that targeted, context-sensitive overseas CSR can simultaneously stabilize operations and strengthen financial outcomes in international upstream oil and gas.
2025-11-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nurul Intan Permanasarihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4477THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY ON THE PROFITABILITY OF BANKING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE2025-11-18T11:47:41+00:00Rindiani Rizfania Putririzfaniarindiani@gmail.comArdi Pamintorizfaniarindiani@gmail.comJamaluddinrizfaniarindiani@gmail.com
This study is motivated by the rapid growth of Indonesia’s digital economy, marked by the emergence of financial technology (fintech) as a disruptive force in financial services. This research’s object is the Indonesian legal policy on food. The objective is to analyze food policy from a legal perspective, assess its implementation at the regional level, and formulate adaptive and applicable legal recommendations to support sustainable food self-sufficiency in South Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is also expected to identify legal loopholes and implementation barriers that hinder the achievement of self-sufficiency targets. This paper employed the method of normative legal and sociological approaches. Results show that the South Labuhanbatu Regency Government is working to achieve rice self-sufficiency through various policies and programs. Support from various parties, including the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the Indonesian National Police, and private companies, has also been instrumental in achieving this target. These efforts include increasing the cropping index, optimizing land use, and utilizing agricultural technology. The South Labuhan Batu Regency government has also implemented several policies aimed at food security to increase rice self-sufficiency in the regency. Food policies in South Labuhan Batu Regency are in accordance with the legal principles of food security. This critical review synthesizes existing literature to evaluate the efficacy of these policies in remote settings, revealing significant theoretical and methodological shortcomings. The analysis demonstrates that dominant frameworks often promote a flawed "one-size-fits-all" approach, overlooking how individual circumstances and unexamined power dynamics can cause standardized policies to inadvertently perpetuate inequality. Furthermore, reliance on cross-sectional data and simplistic measures of job satisfaction limits causal understanding. The review concludes that the mere provision of policies is insufficient; their success is contingent upon a supportive organizational culture and faithful implementation. It argues for a necessary paradigm shift from standardized benefits towards personalized, co-created work arrangements, and calls for future research to adopt longitudinal and qualitative methods to better capture the complex relationship between policy, power, and sustained employee well-being in the remote work era.
2025-11-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hans Cristian, Dhenny Asmarazisa , Catur Fatchu Ukhriyawati https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4586PRODUCT INNOVATION STRATEGY AND MARKETING TRANSFORMATION IN IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF MSMES: A CASE STUDY OF VSPORT SUKABUMI2025-11-30T03:15:42+00:00Denis Ramadiadenis.ramadia_mn22@nusaputra.ac.idAbu Bakar Ashidiqyabubakar.ashidiqy@nusaputra.ac.idBagja Rahma Putrabagja.rahma@nusaputra.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the product innovation strategies and marketing transformation implemented by the UMKM VSPORT Sukabumi in enhancing its business competitiveness amidst increasingly intense market competition. High workloads, psychosocial pressures, and insufficient workplace support contribute to chronic stress, prompting individuals to seek immediate relief through substance use. Utilizing a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three former Drug users, a psychologist, and an inpatient supervisor at the National Narcotics Board (BNN) Rehabilitation Center in Lido, Indonesia. The findings reveal that drug use is not solely driven by recreational motives, but rather functions as a dysfunctional coping mechanism, often rationalized as a means to enhance productivity or alleviate fatigue. Both internal factors, such as emotional exhaustion, and external factors, including workplace demands and social influences, interact in shaping substance use behaviors. The study underscores the need for comprehensive employment policies promoting work-life balance, accessible psychological support services, and preventive education on the risks of substance abuse within occupational settings.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Heada Auzani Aufar Lambertus , Lucky Nurhadiyanto https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3505IMPLEMENTATION OF PSAK 102 IN MURABAHAH FINANCING AT BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KCP BATANG2025-09-11T07:10:53+00:00Tasya Bria istiqomahtasya1623@students.undip.ac.idHari Purwantohari.purwanto@bankbsi.co.idImam Prayogoimamprayogo@lecturer.undip.ac.id
This study examines the implementation of PSAK 102 in murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batang. So far, maintenance intervals have been carried out conventionally without considering historical reliability data, which has led to over-maintenance and under-maintenance. This study aims to optimize the maintenance frequency of SECE instrumentation with the RCM approach to improve technical, operational, and economic efficiency, as well as ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The methodology used includes data collection, technical document analysis, reliability calculations, and the development and re-implementation of maintenance work in the system. The calculation results show that several instruments have a high level of reliability, such as the pressure transmitter at 99.86%, while the shutdown valve recorded the lowest reliability of 97.86%, which based on a significance test can be extended to a 12-month maintenance interval. Optimizing the maintenance interval resulted in a significant reduction in man-hour requirements, up to 27% on the entire platform while maintaining system reliability. Technical recommendations were also proposed, including the use of statistical approaches such as the Weibull distribution for further analysis. Based on social exchange theory, we hypothesized that PCB would negatively impact retention intentions both directly and indirectly through eroded loyalty. Data were collected via a cross-sectional survey from a sample of employees across various industries. The results, analyzed using structural equation modeling, confirmed that PCB is a significant negative predictor of intention to stay. Furthermore, employee loyalty fully mediated this relationship, revealing that the primary mechanism through which PCB influences turnover is by damaging the emotional bond and allegiance employees feel toward the organization. The findings highlight that the breach of implicit agreements triggers a destructive affective process. Practical implications suggest managers must actively manage psychological contracts through transparent communication and trust-building to foster loyalty and retain talent.
2025-11-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Indria Sri Retnaningrum, Dhenny Asmarazisa, Catur Fatchu Ukhriyawatihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3374"IMPLEMENTATION OF CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN IN MELIA RESIDENCE HOUSING, SOUTH TANGERANG"2025-09-11T08:27:16+00:00Reyhan Taufiq Ramadhanfrengkiputra78@gmail.comMuhammad Zakymuhammad.zaky@budiluhur.ac.id
Residential areas have begun to implement a security system using a one-gate system and strict patrols. These facilities are supported by guards or security personnel to ensure the safety of the residential area. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in the field of criminology, especially related to the application of the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) approach. The author acknowledges that by using a descriptive qualitative research type, it is possible to find out how crime prevention strategies and the implementation of CPTED are implemented as an effort to prevent crime in the Residential Areas. Qualitative research itself also allows researchers to conduct direct interviews with sources who will help in collecting data on the issues being researched. This research is related to Ronald V Clarke's Situational Crime Prevention (SCP) Theory, where Situational Crime Prevention and CPTED can complement each other to prevent crime in Residential Area. This theory aims to explain the application of CPTED as a Crime Prevention Strategy so that criminal acts become more difficult to commit. The results of this study can be used as evaluation material and consideration in designing housing environment infrastructure to be safer through CPTED principles.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Reyhan Taufiq Ramadhan, Muhammad Zakyhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3430THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BHEE FRUIT (MELASTOMA Sp) WATER EXTRACT ON BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS2025-09-11T07:36:12+00:00Rinawatirinawati@utu.ac.idSri Wahyuni Muhsinsriwahyunimuhsin@utu.ac.idNasrianti Syamnasriantisyam@utu.ac.idCukri Rahmacukrirahma@utu.ac.id
Diabetes is a non-communicable disease with a prevalence that is increasing globally and nationally. Diabetes is characterized by blood glucose levels exceeding normal limits (>200 mg/dl). Blood glucose levels must be controlled to prevent serious complications in the human body. One method of controlling blood glucose levels is to use herbal medicines derived from plants. Exploration of herbal plants as antidiabetic agents remains limited. The Bhee fruit (Melastoma sp) is a widely distributed plant in Aceh, particularly in West Aceh, yet it has not been extensively utilized. The Bhee fruit holds potential as a herbal medicine; however, research confirming its antidiabetic properties remains scarce, necessitating further studies on its potential. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Bhee fruit water extract in lowering blood glucose levels in STZ-induced diabetic mice. The research method was a laboratory experiment using a completely randomized design. A total of 24 mice were divided into six groups with four replicates. The groups consisted of a normal control, a diabetic control, a drug control, a 100 mg/kg body weight extract dose, a 200 mg/kg body weight extract dose, and a 400 mg/kg body weight extract dose. The results showed that administration of Bhee fruit extract could lower blood glucose levels, particularly at the 400 mg/kg body weight dose.
2025-07-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rinawati, Sri Wahyuni Muhsin, Nasrianti Syam, Cukri Rahmahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3575THE EFFECT OF WORK LIFE BALANCE AND HYBRID WORKING SYSTEM ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF THE MARKETING DIVISION AT PT. However, a significant gap often exists between national policies and the realities faced by these communities on the ground. This study investigates the implementation of RANHAM for the Akit indigenous people inANGKAng Village, Bengkalis, who face significant socio-economic and cultural vulnerabilities. Using an empirical legal research method with a socio-legal approach, this study collected primary data through in-depth interviews with village officials, community leaders, and members of the Akit community. The findings reveal a stark reality: the RANHAM policy has not been socialized at the local level. Government officials and the Akit community themselves are largely unaware of the plan's existence, resulting in a complete failure of implementation. As a result, the state's promise of protection remains a paper plan, with no concrete action taken to safeguard the Akit people's cultural identity or land rights. This research concludes that RANHAM has been ineffective inANGKAng Village due to a fundamental breakdown in communication and implementation between central and local governments, leaving the Akit community without the intended legal and social protections.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Tuah Kalti Takwa, Kingkel Panah Grossman, Arif Wicaksa, Siti Mawaddah Palamani, Sri Agustina Ratnawati, Ahmad Fuadihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4583ARRANGEMENT OF NATIONAL SONGS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' DRUMBAND MUSICAL PERFORMANCES2025-11-29T07:51:21+00:00Arizal Dwi Kurniawanarizaldeka314@gmail.comDestrinellidestrinelli@unja.ac.idMuhammad SofwanMuhammadsofwan@unja.ac.id
The purpose of this study was to produce an arrangement by describing the development of the product, knowing the level of validity, the level of practicality, and presenting national songs for elementary school students' drumband music games. In the context of resolving domestic violence conflicts, the fulfillment of victims' rights is a crucial aspect that is often overlooked. Victims' rights such as the right to protection, justice, recovery, and restitution should be prioritized at every stage of the conflict resolution process. The research offers a critical understanding of the gaps between formal legal frameworks and the lived experiences of victims, highlighting the need for a more integrated, victim-centered approach to domestic violence response in Indonesia. The author acknowledges that qualitative research is descriptive in nature and typically uses analytical techniques; the more thorough the analysis, the higher the quality of the research outcomes. This study is linked to Travis Hirschi’s Social Bond Theory, which is suitable for understanding how the rights of domestic violence victims can be fulfilled. This theory posits that the stronger a person’s bonds to others, social values, and positive activities, the less likely they are to commit violations or experience injustice. The results of this study on efforts to fulfill rights in resolving domestic violence conflicts from the victim’s perspective indicate that this issue requires serious attention. Women are highly vulnerable to becoming victims of domestic violence due to their social and cultural positions that place them in a disadvantaged condition, as well as power imbalances within the household.
2025-07-08T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ramadiansyah Arie Saputra, Lucky Nurhadiyantohttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3407THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A VIRTUAL REALITY-BASED FOREHAND SMASH TRAINING MODEL IN ENHANCING TECHNICAL SKILLS OF JUNIOR TABLE TENNIS ATHLETES2025-09-11T07:58:16+00:00Jusrianto Asjusrianto33@gmail.comNovita Wulandarinovitawulandariumar@gmail.comNinik Septyanininikseptyani@unsar.ac.idEmayanti Anggraeniemayantianggraeni3@gmail.com
Abstract
2025-07-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jusrianto As, Novita Wulandari, Ninik Septyanihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3470METHYL RED ADSORPTION BY BIODEGRADABLE POLYCAPROLACTONE/RICE HUSK ASH/TiO2 NANOFILLER HYBRID BIONANOCOMPOSITES: SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION2025-09-11T07:20:44+00:00Armelia Yunianiernafridatarigan@usu.ac.idErna Fridaernafridatarigan@usu.ac.idSyahrul Humaidiernafridatarigan@usu.ac.id
The contamination of wastewater by synthetic dyes such as Methyl Red poses serious environmental and health risks, necessitating effective remediation methods. This study investigates the synthesis and characterization of hybrid bionanocomposites composed of polycaprolactone (PCL), rice husk ash (RHA), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles for the efficient degradation of Methyl Red (MR) dye. The composites were prepared using a co-precipitation method for the incorporation of nano-RHA and TiO2. Characterization of the bionanocomposites was conducted through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and photodegradation tests. XRD analysis, using the Scherrer equation, revealed crystallite sizes ranging from 19.01 nm (composite S0) to 27.25 nm (composite S2). FTIR spectra showed characteristic absorption peaks corresponding to Ti–O (669.29 cm⁻¹), Si–O (970.19 cm⁻¹), and C–H (2960.73 cm⁻¹) bonds. The photodegradation results indicated a significant improvement in dye adsorption, with the highest degradation efficiency observed in composite S1, achieving 93.55% degradation after 45 hours of UV irradiation. The degradation efficiencies of S0, S1, and S2 were found to be 87.1%, 93.55%, and 25.81%, respectively, under the same conditions. The incorporation of TiO2 and RHA in PCL significantly enhanced its photocatalytic activity. However, in practice, notaries often abuse their authority in carrying out their duties, resulting in the loss of authenticity of the deed and causing losses to the parties. This study aims to analyze the forms of abuse of authority committed by notaries in creating authentic deeds, the resulting legal consequences, and the forms of legal accountability that can be imposed on notaries. The research method used is normative juridical, by examining applicable statutory provisions, legal doctrine, and relevant court decisions. The approaches used include a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. The results of the study indicate that abuse of authority by notaries can occur in various forms, including creating deeds without the presence of the parties, falsifying data, and providing false information in the deed. These actions not only violate the principles of professionalism and integrity of the notary's office, but also result in the deed losing its evidentiary force. Legal accountability for notaries who abuse their authority can take the form of administrative, civil, or criminal sanctions, depending on the level of error and the impact of their actions. To prevent recurrence of abuse of authority, it is necessary to strengthen the oversight system by the Notary Supervisory Board, improve moral integrity, and update the notary professional ethics education and training system. This review investigates effective retention strategies for today's multigenerational workforce. Synthesizing contemporary literature, it identifies a shift from transactional benefits to a holistic employee experience centered on flexibility, well-being, and purpose. However, a critical analysis reveals that a uniform approach is ineffective; key retention drivers—such as flexibility and career development—are prioritized differently across Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Furthermore, significant implementation gaps, including workplace inequities and internal mobility barriers, undermine these strategies. The study concludes that organizations must adopt segmented, agile retention frameworks that acknowledge generational preferences while strengthening universal fundamentals like fair compensation and authentic leadership. The data source comes from primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The results show that financial behavior and financial management behavior have a significant positive influence on financial well-being, while financial stress has a negative impact on financial well-being. Financial stress mediates the relationship between financial behavior and financial well-being, as well as between financial management behavior and financial well-being. These findings underscore the importance of promoting good financial practices and stress management among MSMEs to improve their financial well-being and contribute to local economic development.2025-10-14T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nur Balkis, Ghazali Syamni, Husaini, Darmawati Muchtar, Iswadihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4471 INTRINSIC VS. Against a backdrop of high burnout rates in fields like medicine and finance, the literature reveals a complex interplay: intrinsic motivation is linked to resilience and creativity, while extrinsic rewards can undermine intrinsic drive via the overjustification effect. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research combined quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. Results demonstrated a strong positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and both high performance ratings and low burnout. Extrinsic motivation showed a more complex, curvilinear relationship. The discussion proposes a "Motivational Hierarchy" where intrinsic factors form the essential foundation, and extrinsic rewards are most effective as supporting enablers. The conclusion urges organizations to cultivate autonomy, mastery, and purpose to foster sustainable high performance.
2025-11-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rian Irvandi, Oktavianti, Rizki Eka Putrahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4499REVISITING THE GOOGLE EFFECT: A HYBRID SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRIC MAPPING OF INTERNET-DRIVEN MEMORY OFFLOADING2025-11-21T12:08:53+00:00Saefulahsaefullah@uhafiz.ac.idFebry Marindra Cysbya Erdlandasaefullah@uhafiz.ac.idLanti Mustikasaefullah@uhafiz.ac.idHendro Prasetyonosaefullah@uhafiz.ac.id
This study undertakes a comprehensive hybrid systematic review and bibliometric analysis to examine the evolving landscape of the Google Effect, defined as the cognitive tendency to rely on digital platforms, such as search engines, as external repositories of memory. Employing rigorous PRISMA screening, the review synthesizes findings from 23 Scopus-indexed publications, mapping the conceptual progression, research trajectories, and international distribution of scholarship on this phenomenon. The bibliometric analysis reveals robust thematic linkages among cognitive offloading, memory retrieval, digital amnesia, and search behavior, underscoring the multifaceted nature of internet-driven memory practices. While foundational research predominantly characterized the Google Effect as detrimental to internal memory retention, recent studies suggest that strategic digital offloading can facilitate more efficient cognitive resource allocation, support gist memory, and enhance complex information processing. Notably, the research field remains geographically concentrated, with the majority of contributions originating from the United States and China, thus identifying a critical gap in representation from developing regions. By integrating current evidence and mapping scholarly trends, this review offers a synthesized conceptual framework that advances understanding of the Google Effect and its implications for cognitive science, digital education, and the design of technology-mediated learning environments.
2025-11-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Saefulahhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4527THE EFFECT OF PEER INTERACTION AND PARENTAL ATTENTION ON STUDENTS' SOCIAL STUDY ACHIEVEMENT AT STATE MIDDLE SCHOOL 6, KEBUMEN2025-11-23T22:39:28+00:00Amarudin Annasamarudinannas.2025@student.uny.ac.idSudrajatsudrajat@uny.ac.id
This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of peer interaction and parental attention on the social studies learning achievement of students of SMP Negeri 6 Kebumen. This study aims to systematically review how entrepreneurial innovation and organizational change supported by transformational leadership can expand the role of nurses and enhance their strategic contribution to the health system. A literature search was conducted on the Scopus database for studies published in the last ten years, namely from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2024. Eight articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed thematically and narratively. The results of the review indicate that the integration of entrepreneurship into nursing practice encourages the formation of new service models such as independent practice, home care and telenursing that are more responsive to patient needs. Flexible organizational structures, collaborative work cultures and performance-based incentive systems strengthen the role of nurses as agents of change. Participatory leadership has been shown to create a work climate that supports innovation and initiative taking at the clinical level. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, training gaps, and cultural and structural barriers still need to be overcome to optimize nurse empowerment as a whole. This study concludes that empowering nurses through entrepreneurial innovation and organizational change requires a multidimensional approach and sustainable policy support so that nurses can play a strategic role in building a resilient health system that is oriented towards future needs.
2025-07-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Tasnidar Tasnidar, Yunia Wardi, Susi Evanita, Hendrik Heri Sandihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3467THE IMPACT OF HALAL LOGOS AND HALAL LOGOS OF COUNTRY OF ORIGIN (COO) ON THE PURCHASE OF PACKAGED FOOD FROM ABROAD IN LHOKSEUMAWE CITY2025-09-11T07:24:57+00:00Rasyidusman Hannamara Furqan Nurreno5qu@gmail.comRatnawati Ratnawati reno5qu@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the influence of halal logos in Indonesia and halal logos issued from abroad/Halal Country of Origin (COO) such as those originating from Korea on consumers' decisions to purchase packaged products from Korea. Increasing service demands and diverse job characteristics across clinical and administrative units have highlighted potential imbalances in workforce allocation. Using a descriptive qualitative design supported by quantitative workload-analysis techniques, this research integrates the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method and the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) approach to provide an evidence-based assessment of staffing requirements. Data was obtained through semi-structured interviews, direct observations of work processes, and analysis of organizational documents, followed by thematic analysis and methodological triangulation to ensure validity and reliability. The results reveal that workload imbalances are not uniform across units. Clinical roles—such as registration staff, nurses, general practitioners, and dentists—experience peak-hour surges and external service demand that justify maintaining existing staffing levels despite numerical surpluses. In contrast, several administrative and support positions, including facilities management, personnel administration, and sterilization, show significant underload and prolonged idle time. FTE and WISN calculations indicate that two positions can be reduced without affecting service quality: one from the sterilization unit and one from the resource subdivision through the consolidation of periodic administrative tasks. The study concludes that human-resource optimization requires a unit-specific approach integrating workload analysis with strategic job redesign and structural alignment. The findings offer practical implications for workforce planning, efficiency improvement, and organizational sustainability in healthcare service settings.
2025-11-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dina Maria Ulfa, Syihabudhin, Sopiahhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4599DATA-DRIVEN HR: USING ANALYTICS TO SHAPE YOUR PEOPLE STRATEGY2025-11-30T12:52:18+00:00Syafrul Bahrisyafrulbahri8689@gmail.comRamon Zamoraramon@fekon.unrika.ac.idLukmanul Hakimlukmann14@gmail.com
This document outlines a comprehensive framework for leveraging people analytics to transform the HR function into a strategic asset. It argues that success is contingent upon two foundational pillars: robust data governance and the systematic upskilling of HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Effective data governance establishes a single source of truth through data standardization and integration while ensuring ethical compliance and data privacy, thereby creating a reliable and trusted data foundation. Concurrently, HRBPs must be equipped with data fluency, moving beyond basic literacy to interpret analytics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable business strategy. This dual approach ensures that data is not only accurate and secure but is also effectively communicated and applied. The synthesis of a disciplined data environment and a data-fluent HR workforce bridges the gap between analytical potential and tangible business outcomes, enabling evidence-based decision-making and fostering a proactive, strategic organizational culture.
2025-12-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Syafrul Bahri, Ramon Zamora Oktavianti, Lukmanul Hakimhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3348ANALYSIS OF SURFACE RUNOFF DISCHARGE OF PONGKERU WATERSHED AT LEDU-LEDU DAM AND CLEAN WATER PIPE NETWORK2025-09-11T08:56:07+00:00Franita Leonardnitaa.8287@gmail.comHasanuddinhasanasis645@gmail.comWahyuniwahyuni.chem@gmail.com
Surface runoff is one of the important hydrological components to understand, especially in the context of land use planning and drainage systems. The research is driven by the increasing role of financial literacy and digital financial services in helping individuals manage financial challenges in today’s digital era. A quantitative approach with a deductive design was employed, using structured questionnaires distributed to 400 millennial respondents aged 25–40 years working in the banking sector in North Sumatra. Data were analyzed with Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which enables simultaneous testing of measurement and structural models. The results indicate that financial education has a positive and significant effect on both financial technology adoption and financial well-being. In contrast, financial stress is negatively associated with financial well-being but positively influences the adoption of financial technology as an adaptive mechanism to cope with financial pressures. Furthermore, financial technology is found to play a crucial mediating role, strengthening the effects of financial education and mitigating the negative impact of financial stress on financial well-being. The study provides theoretical contributions by extending the existing frameworks that link financial literacy, stress, technology, and financial outcomes. In an era of increasingly fierce educational competition, Islamic educational institutions are required to adapt to modern communication developments without abandoning the Islamic values that define their identity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, incorporating literature studies and observations of marketing communication practices in several Islamic educational institutions. The results indicate that effective marketing communication strategies in Islamic educational institutions must be based on the principles of honesty, trustworthiness, and brotherhood, and must be able to package da'wah messages creatively and relevantly to community needs. Institutional branding is built not only through promotion but also through the quality of education, teacher exemplary behavior, and an Islamic environment. Thus, marketing communication in Islamic educational institutions serves a dual function: as a da'wah medium that spreads Islamic values, and as a means of building public trust and loyalty to the institution.
2025-11-19T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Abdul Haris, Siti Salwa Binti Bahari, Selamat Riadi, Fauji Wikandahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4524CREATING A CULTURE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY: IMPLICATIONS FOR TEAM PERFORMANCE2025-11-23T16:30:28+00:00Kurniawati Ningsihkey_nia@ymail.comDhenny Asmarazisadhennyasmarazisa@gmail.comCatur Fatchu Ukhriyawaticatur@fekon.unrika.ac.id
This article examines how psychological safety—a shared belief that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking—serves as a critical driver of team performance in complex work environments. Through a conceptual analysis of leadership roles, we demonstrate that leaders cultivate this environment by acting as catalysts who frame work as a learning process, models who demonstrate vulnerability through their response to failure and dissent, and enforcers who establish clear norms and equitable structures. The analysis reveals that these behaviors directly enable the learning, innovation, and candid dialogue necessary for high performance by encouraging risk-taking, transforming failures into learning data, and ensuring full team participation. The article concludes that building psychological safety is not a soft skill but a strategic imperative, providing a practical framework for leaders to unlock their team's collective intelligence and build a more adaptive, resilient, and successful organization.
2025-11-26T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kurniawati Ningsih, Dhenny Asmarazisa, Catur Fatchu Ukhriyawatihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4572CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR PROVOCATIVE ACTS COMMITTED BY DEMONSTRATORS DURING DEMONSTRATIONS2025-11-28T00:41:51+00:00Muhammad Fadhlan Al Hafizh2210611423@mahasiswa.upnvj.ac.idYuliana Yuli Wahyuningsihyuli@upnvj.ac.id
This study analyzes criminal liability for provocative acts committed by demonstrators during demonstrations and also explains the obstacles to law enforcement according to positive law in Indonesia. Freedom of speech guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution is strongly related to demonstrations because people are given the freedom to express their opinions in public with rules that must be implemented. However, in reality, in the field, there are still many provocative acts carried out by demonstrators that cause riots during demonstrations. This research method uses normative juridical with a statutory approach by examining the Criminal Code, Law No. 9 of 1998, the Security Law, Perkapolri 7/2012, and other laws relevant to the research conducted. The results of this study indicate that perpetrators of provocation can be subject to criminal liability under Articles 160, 170, and 212 –214 of the Criminal Code, depending on the form of the act and the consequences.
2025-11-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Fadhlan Al Hafizh, Yuliana Yuli Wahyuningsihhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3269ZAKAT KNOWLEDGE, INSTITUTIONAL TRUST, AND PAYMENT INTENTION: THE MODERATING ROLE OF DIGITAL COMPETENCY2025-09-11T14:35:40+00:00Imama Zuchrohzuchroh1974@gmail.comMuh. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS analysis. Data were collected from 35 respondents through a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The study variables include zakat literacy (LZ), trust (KP), zakat payment intention (MZ), and digital literacy (LD) as moderating variable. The measurement model evaluation shows satisfactory construct validity and reliability with all factor loadings exceeding 0.7, composite reliability values above 0.8, and AVE values above 0.5. The structural model reveals that zakat literacy significantly influences zakat payment intention (β = 0.342, p < 0.05), while trust demonstrates an even stronger effect (β = 0.458, p < 0.01). Digital literacy significantly moderates both relationships, strengthening the zakat literacy-intention relationship from 0.342 to 0.598 for high digital literacy individuals, and enhancing the trust-intention relationship from 0.458 to 0.647. The model explains 67.3% of variance in zakat payment intention. The findings contribute to understanding factors that enhance zakat collection effectiveness in the digital era, providing practical implications for zakat institutions to develop digital-based strategies for improving zakat collection and management.

Keywords: zakat literacy, trust, payment intention, digital literacy, moderation effect, SmartPLS
2025-06-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Imama Zuchroh, Muh. The background of this study is driven by the increasing need for reliable and transparent financial reports, given that these reports are the main basis for investors, creditors, regulators, and other stakeholders in making strategic decisions. Quality audit judgment can only be achieved if auditors have adequate technical competence and experience and can deal with the increasing complexity of audit tasks. In addition, auditors must uphold professional ethics to remain independent, objective, and able to avoid potential conflicts of interest in every decision-making process. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with path analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 auditors working at several public accounting firms. The results show that auditor competence and task complexity positively and significantly affect professional ethics. These two variables also have a positive and significant effect on audit judgment. In addition, professional ethics have a positive and significant effect on audit judgment and can mediate the relationship between auditor competence and audit judgment, as well as between task complexity and audit judgment. These findings confirm that the quality of audit judgment is largely determined by a combination of technical competence, experience in managing complexity, and commitment to professional ethics. The findings demonstrate employer branding's dual role: it functions as an external "Magnet" for attraction and an internal "Glue" for retention, with the fulfillment of the psychological contract being the critical link. The study concludes that to effectively manage HiPo talent, organizations must tailor their Employer Value Proposition to these specific drivers and ensure consistent delivery on their brand promises through aligned HR systems and managerial action.
2025-11-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Firman Arifianto, Dhenny Asmarazisa, Catur Fatchu Ukhriyawatihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3236ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SIGI REGENCY GOVERNMENT2025-09-11T15:06:29+00:00Graciella Jevandra Palitjjevangraciella@gmail.comDjayani Nurdindnurdin.untad@gmail.comFatlina Zainudinfatlina.z@gmail.comFeraferanayoan.fr@gmail.com
This study focuses on assessing the low level of success achieved by Sigi Regency in implementing regional autonomy, which remains far from reaching fiscal independence. It also highlights the necessary measures to develop local potential in order to enhance locally generated revenue (PAD). The analysis is conducted using seven regional financial ratios through a quantitative descriptive method, based on secondary data obtained from the 2019-2023 Regional Budget Realization Reports, as stated in local accountability regulations and data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sigi Regency. The findings indicate that the fiscal independence of Sigi Regency is categorized as extremely low, reflecting a continued high dependency on central government transfer funds, mainly due to the very limited contribution of PAD. Furthermore, although the effectiveness of PAD is rated as very good, its efficiency remains poor, as it is predominantly allocated to operational expenditures. This expenditure pattern has implications for regional development and signals the need for improved fiscal management. The financial growth ratio demonstrates fluctuating trends across all sectors, suggesting the region’s inability to maintain consistent financial performance. These results underscore the urgency of conducting a comprehensive evaluation and formulating strategic actions to enhance regional autonomy. This can be achieved through optimizing the potential of PAD and implementing more accurate and efficient budgetary and expenditure management practices.
2025-07-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Graciella Jevandra Palit, Djayani Nurdin, Fatlina Zainudin, Ferahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3378WHISTLEBLOWING AND FINANCIAL FRAUD: A LOOK BACK AT MOTIVATIONS, PROTECTIONS, AND CHALLENGES (A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW)2025-09-11T08:17:13+00:00A. Alyani Achmadandialyaniachmad@gmail.comDarwis Said darwissaid@yahoo.com
This study aims to review the motivation, protection, and challenges faced by whistleblowers in exposing financial fraud, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study reviews relevant literature in the period 2005-2025 to identify various factors that influence an individual's decision to report, as well as the effectiveness of the existing reporting system. The results of the study indicate that whistleblower motivation is strongly influenced by a combination of moral, social, and material factors, where moral motivation is often the main driver to report fraud in order to maintain organizational integrity. In addition, financial incentives and legal protection also play an important role in encouraging reporting. Although many countries have adopted whistleblower protection policies, the main challenge is in developing countries, where the implementation of legal protection is often ineffective. This study also found that individual personality and organizational culture also influence the decision to whistleblow. Therefore, this study suggests the need for an improved protection system that is more effective, both in terms of law and organizational culture, to support the success of whistleblowing in preventing financial fraud.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 A. Using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, the analysis was conducted at three main levels: denotation, connotation, and myth. The results of the study show that the cover not only represents political figures visually, but also constructs a narrative of power that is hegemonic and ideological. At the denotative level, the visuals show Prabowo in a dominant pose and Gibran in a subordinate position. At the connotative level, gestures, expressions, clothing, and attributes such as shopping bags and background colors imply the symbolism of leadership, populism, and a hierarchical but harmonious power structure. Meanwhile, at the myth level, this cover works to naturalize power relations and government legitimacy as something natural, neutral, and undeniable. These findings emphasize that media visuals do not merely convey information, but also produce ideological meanings that influence the way the public understands contemporary political reality. Thus, visual media plays an important role in shaping opinions and reinforcing dominant discourses through complex processes of symbolic representation.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nezar Ariffananda, Reni Nuraenihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3576THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL LITERACY, FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR, DIGITAL PAYMENT, AND THE ABILITY TO PREPARE FINANCIAL REPORTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF MSMES IN LHOKSEUMAWE CITY2025-09-11T05:12:35+00:00Muhammad Yusramyusra@unimal.ac.idNur Afni Yunitanurafni.yunita@unimal.ac.idSri Mulyatisrimulyati@unimal.ac.idRany Gesta Putri Raisranygesta@unimal.ac.idMardiatonmardiaton@unimal.ac.id
This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Digital Payment, and the Ability to Prepare Financial Reports on the Performance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City for the period 2019-2023. This study analyzes the relationship between perceptions of product quality and Call Center service on customers’ recommendation intention using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The literature search strategy employed combinations of Boolean keywords across Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for the 2020–2025 period, yielding 19 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The analysis shows that perceived product quality and service quality are primary determinants influencing satisfaction, trust, and loyalty, which in turn lead to recommendation intention. The reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions of call center services strengthen customers’ perceptions of the company’s professionalism and empathy, while high perceived product quality increases customers’ willingness to recommend the service to others. The study affirms that the synergy between product excellence (network stability and the reliability of product services) and customer service interactions (Call Center) plays a significant role in shaping a holistic customer experience. Practically, these findings offer strategic implications for telecommunication industry practitioner to enhance the integration of product and service quality to build sustainable customer advocacy in the digital era. This research investigates the role of HR in enhancing employee wellbeing, moving beyond traditional reactive approaches. Using a mixed-methods analysis, we identified unsustainable workloads, role ambiguity, and toxic leadership as primary drivers of psychological distress. While existing interventions like EAPs provide necessary support, they remain limited by low utilization and a failure to address root causes. The study concludes that effective mental health management requires an integrated, proactive HR framework focused on primary prevention through job redesign, leadership development, and cultural change. This study investigated this relationship through a mixed-methods approach, combining a quantitative survey of knowledge workers with qualitative interviews. The results confirmed a strong positive correlation (r=.65) between engagement and productivity, with dedication being the strongest predictor. However, a critical paradox emerged: office-centric employees reported the highest engagement, while fully remote employees reported the highest productivity. Flexibly remote employees (1-2 office days) constituted a vulnerable "middle-child" group with the lowest scores in both. The discussion highlights that engagement drivers have shifted, requiring intentional connection, managerial trust, and equity of experience. Relationship Managers (RMs) often continue to rely on rate-based concessions to secure deals despite having instututional efforts to standardize pricing. This approach has resulted in short-term profitability at the expense of long-term relationship value, client stickiness, and cross-product synergy. As a result, it is necessary to investigate how negotiation in corporate banking can transform from transactional rate bargaining into strategic relationship management. The purpose of this research is to analyze and formulate a comprehensive negotiation framework that allows RMs to optimize relationship value creation using structured decision tools and cross-functional collaboration. This study aims to answer four core research questions: how multi-criteria decision-making frameworks such as SMART can guide negotiation evaluation; what alternative strategies can be developed based on empirical insights from RMs and Product Partners; how RMs can leverage negotiation concepts such as BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) and ZOPA (Zone of Possible Agreement) to strengthen their position while maintaining long-term partnerships; and how preparation and knowledge sharing can enhance performance in complex multi-entity negotiations. The research assumes that successful negotiation in banking requires balancing three dimensions, value creation, institutional learning, and client trust, under competitive and regulatory constraints. A qualitative exploratory method was adopted. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with four Relationship Managers and three Product Partners representing Cash Management, Treasury, and Trade functions within Bank of Tiongkok Corporation Indonesia (BTCI). This normative legal research comparatively analyzes the regulatory frameworks and institutional mechanisms for student protection in Indonesia and Malaysia. Through a legislative and comparative approach, the study finds divergences in the characteristics of protection. Indonesia implements a structural-administrative model through the PPK Task Force based on Ministerial Regulation No. 55 of 2024, which prioritizes internal prevention and broad coverage, but is hampered by structural independence. In contrast, Malaysia adopts a remedial-legalistic model through the Anti-Sexual Harassment Tribunal Act 2022, which offers executive certainty and independence, but is materially limited to sexual offenses and is reactive in nature. The research concludes that both jurisdictions need to harmonize towards a hybrid model. Indonesia is recommended to establish an external oversight mechanism to mitigate conflicts of interest, while Malaysia needs to integrate a mandatory prevention curriculum and expand protections against bullying. The direction of legal policy is expected to shift from rigid age limits to vulnerability-based protection that is responsive to power relations in the academic environment.
2025-12-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Rahul Ardian Fikri, Irma Fatmawati , Moses Elias Perangin-Anginhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3372BUSINESS ACTORS’ SATISFACTION LEVEL IN OBTAINING PSAT-PDUK DISTRIBUTION PERMIT REGISTRATION IN GRESIK REGENCY2025-09-11T08:33:44+00:00Farikhah Linda Aurantifoliamantritanikedamean@gmail.comTeguh Soedartoteguh_soedarto@upnjatim.ac.idHamidah Hendrarinihamidah_h@upnjatim.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction among micro and small business actors in obtaining the PSAT-PDUK distribution permit in Gresik Regency. The clarity and user-friendliness of registration forms, combined with ongoing assistance from local government agencies, support inclusive service delivery. Additionally, the speed of document verification and license issuance aligns with public service standards, reinforcing user trust. Officers’ interpersonal skills, technical competence, and informative communication contribute significantly to service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The study also confirms that there are no hidden fees or illegal levies in the registration process. The PSAT-PDUK registration is officially free, although technical compliance costs such as lab testing and packaging remain the responsibility of the business actors. Transparency regarding these cost elements fosters trust and supports a corruption-free bureaucracy. The high rate of employee turnover in the retail sector requires a retention strategy that is adaptive to the demands of technology and the modern workforce. This quantitative study uses a causal approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 75 employee respondents of PT Retail Nusantara, then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results show that Digital Training, Transformational Leadership, and Workplace Well-being simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Retention (F_{count}=42.781, Sig. 0.000). Partially, Digital Training (t=4.875) is proven to be the variable with the most dominant influence, followed by Transformational Leadership and Workplace Well-being. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of the three variables is 68.2% to employee retention. This study provides critical empirical evidence for HR management that in the digital era, investing in improving employees' technological competencies through Digital Training programs is the most effective retention strategy, which must be integrated with a supportive leadership style and policies that ensure work-life balance.
2025-10-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Darliani Nurulita, Farida Yuliatyhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4473THE ROLE OF THE ADAT MANTIR AS A VILLAGE JUDGE OF THE PEACE IN RESOLVING CRIMINAL CASES IN SUKAMARA DISTRICT, CENTRAL KALIMANTAN PROVINCE2025-11-18T03:15:20+00:00Abdul Khairabdul.khair@uin-palangkaraya.ac.idSurya Suktisuryasukti@uin-palangkaraya.ac.idMunibmunib@uin-palangkaraya.ac.idRabiatul Adawiyahrabiatul.adawiyah@uin-palangkaraya.ac.id
This research is grounded in the unique role of the mantir adat in a regency of Indonesia, who is not only authorized to resolve civil disputes but is also involved in the resolution of criminal cases. Therefore, the focus of this research is to explore why the mantir adat are involved in resolving their community's issues, even to the extent of handling criminal cases. It is qualitative descriptive research using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research results concluded: First, In Sukamara Regency, the mantir adat (customary leaders) are involved in resolving community issues, even including criminal cases. This is because the people tend to prefer settling criminal matters through the mantir adat rather than in formal courts. The advantages of resolving cases through the customary mantir are (a) restorative justice, (b) lower costs; (c) fast and effective process, (d) the decisions made by the mantir adat are more accepted by the community, since the mantir adat, as village peace judge, has close relationships with the people and understands the social dynamics within the community. Second, the process of resolving criminal cases through the mantir adat, who functions as village judge, closely resembles the procedural stages of formal judicial institutions. Consequently, the decisions rendered by the mantir adat are regarded as equivalent in legitimacy to those issued by formal courts.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Abdul Khair, Surya Sukti, Munib, Rabiatul Adawiyahhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4501LITERATURE ANALYSIS ON THE ROLE OF PHARMACISTS IN DRUG THERAPY MANAGEMENT IN GERIATRIC PATIENTS2025-11-21T14:27:39+00:00Ita Octafiaita.akafarma2023@gmail.comSafitri Indah Masithahsafitriindah87@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the role of pharmacists in medication therapy management (MTM) among geriatric patients, focusing on their contributions to optimizing pharmacotherapy, improving patient outcomes, and minimizing drug-related problems (DRPs). Employing a qualitative descriptive design through a literature-based approach, the research systematically reviewed scholarly articles, clinical studies, and official reports published between 2015 and 2025. Data were collected through comprehensive literature tracing and document analysis, then processed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns related to pharmacist interventions in geriatric care. The findings reveal that pharmacist-led activities—including medication reviews, deprescribing, and interprofessional collaboration—substantially reduce DRPs, enhance medication adherence, and improve clinical, functional, and economic outcomes. Moreover, the integration of pharmacists into multidisciplinary teams strengthens therapeutic decision-making and reduces adverse drug events, reinforcing their essential role in patient-centered healthcare systems. The study underscores the theoretical evolution of pharmaceutical care toward an integrated clinical practice model while highlighting economic benefits and enhanced quality of life for elderly patients. It concludes that pharmacists are vital in advancing safe and rational medication use within aging populations. Although the Chief of Police Regulation Number 2 of 2022 has been drafted as a guideline for internal supervision, in practice there are still gaps that allow for behavioral deviations by members of the National Police. This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with related parties, including members of the National Police, internal supervisors, and witnesses and the victim's family. The results of the study show that the supervision carried out is still limited to administrative and technical aspects, while ethical and moral aspects are often less considered. The case that occurred in Palangka Raya is a real example that ineffective internal supervision can damage the image of the National Police and reduce public trust in the police. Karo Regency is a regency in North Sumatra Province. Several sub-districts produce the most coffee and have the largest land area, namely Tiga Panah and Barusjahe Districts. In addition to coffee, Karo Regency is a major center for vegetables, especially cabbage. To increase farmers' incomes, given their limited land and planting area, farmers must increase the production of each coffee plot. One way to do this is through polyculture planting, which involves intercropping coffee plants. The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze coffee farming practices that implement monoculture and polyculture in Karo Regency and to determine the factors that influence coffee farmers' income in both cropping patterns and the influence of cropping patterns on the long-term sustainability of coffee farming. The research design used was comparative quantitative research. The method for determining the location in the study used purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The sample in this study were coffee farmers in Karo Regency who implement monoculture and polyculture cropping patterns. with a total of 60 people, 30 farmers cultivate monoculture coffee plants and 30 polyculture coffee farmers spread across 2 (two) sub-districts, namely Tiga Panah Sub-district and Barusjahe Sub-district.
2025-07-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Mu’arif Nasution, Zulkarnain Lubis, Syahbudinhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4454 PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS FOR EMPLOYEE TURNOVER: A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN INDUSTRIES2025-11-15T14:01:24+00:00Intan Susilawatiintan.susi223344@gmail.comOktaviantioktavianti@fekon.unrika.ac.idRizki Eka Putrarizkiekaputra@gmail.com
Employee turnover poses a significant challenge across industries, yet its drivers are often assumed to be universal. This study challenges that assumption through a comparative analysis of predictive analytics in the technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Utilizing human resources data and machine learning models, we identified profoundly industry-specific predictors and model performances. Results revealed distinct turnover dynamics: career-centric in technology, well-being-driven in healthcare, and structurally transactional in manufacturing. Consequently, no single predictive algorithm was universally superior. The discussion concludes that effective turnover prediction and mitigation require tailored, context-aware models aligned with the unique operational and psychological realities of each industry, rendering one-size-fits-all HR strategies obsolete and advocating for a decentralized analytical approach.
2025-11-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Intan Susilawati, Oktavianti Oktavianti, Rizki Eka Putra Oktaviantihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4481TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ITS INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEE INNOVATION IN TECH COMPANIES2025-11-18T13:00:34+00:00Paspa Granitagranitapaspa@gmail.comOktaviantioktavianti@fekon.unrika.ac.idRizki Eka Putrarizkiekaputra@gmail.com
In the hyper-competitive technology sector, innovation is a imperative for survival, yet many companies struggle to cultivate it. Through an empirical analysis of tech professionals, the research demonstrates that transformational leadership significantly predicts innovative work behavior. The findings reveal a nuanced mechanism: the leadership components exert distinct, stage-specific influences. Intellectual Stimulation is the primary driver of idea generation, while Inspirational Motivation and Individualized Consideration fuel idea promotion and realization by fostering intrinsic motivation and psychological safety. This study provides a validated "Leadership-Innovation Nexus" model, confirming that leadership behaviors directly create the psychological environment essential for innovation. The analysis focuses on three main aspects: the fulfillment of basic rights in the form of health and nutritional needs, rehabilitation programs, and protection for vulnerable groups. The results show that the detention center has attempted to carry out its care function through basic health services, food distribution, and coaching activities, although various structural limitations limit the quality of services. Significant overcapacity conditions impact the level of environmental health, the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs, and meeting the special needs of inmates, especially those with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Limited infrastructure and the number of health workers and correctional officers exacerbate challenges in health maintenance and management of residential space. While the direct negative impact of stress on performance is well-documented, this article synthesizes existing literature to argue that EI acts as a crucial psychological buffer in this dynamic. The analysis differentiates between ability and trait models of EI and elucidates the "stressor-detachment" pathway—whereby high-EI individuals appraise stressors as challenges, effectively regulate emotions, and achieve psychological detachment, thereby preserving cognitive resources and performance. The findings suggest that EI is not merely a direct predictor but a key mechanism that explains significant variance in how stress impacts workplace outcomes. This creates a culture where employees feel undervalued, leading to disengagement and turnover. This paper examines the framework of "Authentic Recognition & Appreciation," arguing that a strategic shift from transactional awards to a personalized, human-centric approach is critical for making employees feel genuinely seen and valued. The analysis contrasts the characteristics of generic recognition programs with those of an authentic strategy, evaluating them across key dimensions: frequency, specificity, personalization, perceived sincerity, and emotional impact. Findings demonstrate that authentic recognition—characterized by timely, specific praise tailored to individual preferences—significantly outperforms generic models. It directly fulfills the human need for validation, resulting in heightened morale, reinforced positive behaviors, and a stronger emotional connection to the organization. Authentic recognition is a low-cost, high-impact cultural imperative. By consistently communicating "You matter here," organizations can transform recognition from a perfunctory task into a powerful driver of employee engagement, loyalty, and sustainable performance.
2025-12-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fini Fisielia, Ramon Zamora, Lukmanul Hakimhttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3365ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUTION, TRANSACTION LITERACY, AND TECHNOLOGY LITERACY ON SOCIAL ENGINEERING PREVENTION IN FRAUD MODE IN THE NAME OF BANK BRI2025-09-11T08:41:31+00:00Nina Amandaninaamandaa28@gmail.comAndri Soemitra andrisoemitra@uinsu.ac.idIsnaini Harahapisnaini.harahap@uinsu.ac.id
Fraud dengan taktik rekayasa sosial berkedok Bank BRI terus marak dengan sasaran individu dengan literasi transaksi dan teknologi yang rendah serta cenderung mengabaikan prinsip kehati-hatian. These findings confirm that internal company dynamics such as operational efficiency, capital structure, and profitability capacity are more decisive than external macroeconomic conditions. This study also found that financial performance does not have a significant effect on company value and does not mediate the relationship between macro and micro fundamentals on the value of SOEs. These conditions indicate that the capital market assesses SOEs through a broader perspective, including institutional reputation, governance, long-term stability, and government support. These results make an important contribution to the public financial management literature and confirm the differences in market behavior towards SOEs compared to private companies. The values inherited in the title reflect the Jeneponto people's outlook on leadership, exemplary behavior, and interpersonal relationships based on respect and justice. b) In the social structure, holders of the karaeng title remain respected and influential, both in formal leadership such as government and non-formal in traditional and social environments, and serve as role models in maintaining community harmony. c) The meaning of the karaeng title in the regional elections in Jeneponto is seen from its still strong role in shaping the direction of community political support. This title is a symbol of trust and social influence that is able to mobilize community loyalty, even though now society is starting to judge prospective leaders not only by their titles, but also by their personal abilities and integrity in leadership.
2025-11-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 A. Before this step, GoTo tried to build a “super-app” that combined Gojek’s on-demand services, Tokopedia’s e-commerce, and GoPay. However, even after the merger and IPO, GoTo still recorded large losses, high cash burn, and a declining share price, so it is important to test whether the divestiture really supports long-term value creation. The research uses a single-case, explanatory design covering 2022–2024. It relies only on secondary data: audited financial statements, annual reports, daily stock prices of GoTo. JK and the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG), press releases, and news. The analysis has three parts: (i) financial ratio analysis (revenue growth, operating margin, EBITDA, net profit margin, ROA, ROE); (ii) Economic Value Added (EVA), using NOPAT, invested capital, and a WACC estimated with CAPM; and (iii) an event study with a market-adjusted model to measure abnormal returns and cumulative abnormal returns (CAR) around the announcement of the Tokopedia–TikTok transaction. The results show that GoTo’s operating performance improves after the divestiture: operating margins become less negative, EBITDA turns positive in 2024, and net loss decreases, although EVA remains negative, even if the value destruction becomes smaller over time. The event study finds short-term positive abnormal returns around the announcement, indicating that investors initially welcome the deal, even though share-price volatility shows remaining concerns. Overall, the thesis concludes that the divestiture makes GoTo smaller, more focused, and more disciplined, but it has not yet fully solved the problem of negative EVA.
2025-11-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Dhea Rakhmatika Utami, Yunieta Anny Nainggolan, Subiakto Soekarno3https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4574INCREASING CUSTOMER LOYALTY THROUGH PERCEIVED SERVICE QUALITY AND RELATIONSHIP MARKETING IN CLEANING SERVICE COMPANY2025-11-28T00:51:45+00:00Yohanes A. The main problem raised in this study is the low interest and understanding of students in mathematics material caused by the lack of use of interesting learning media. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Form to 30 grade VI students and 3 teachers at SD Negeri 3 Babat. The questionnaire instrument was designed to measure various aspects of the needs of students, educators, and learning media. The results of the analysis showed that students wanted media that was relevant (100%), interactive (98.55%), visually appealing (100%), helped understanding (100%), and was short in duration (97.05%). Meanwhile, educators assessed all aspects of the learning media proposed in the questionnaire as important and very much needed with a percentage of 100% for all indicators, including suitability with the PMRI approach, ease of access, and the existence of practice questions. This result is also supported by the analysis of media needs which shows a percentage of 100% in all indicators. Drawing on normative legal methods and qualitative analysis, the paper examines the limitations of DRC's domestic judicial system in addressing grave human rights abuses, particularly in conflict zones marked by institutional fragility, corruption, and impunity. Despite legal reforms and ratification of major human rights instruments, the DRC remains unable or unwilling to ensure accountability for violations, especially those involving foreign actors. In response to these systemic shortcomings, the DRC has turned to the AfCHPR, marking a significant legal milestone as the first inter-state case before the Court. The paper explores the legal foundations for the AfCHPR’s jurisdiction under regional and international instruments, while also analysing Rwanda’s objections concerning admissibility and territorial competence. By assessing relevant case law, including Zongo v. Burkina Faso and Ogiek v. Kenya, the research highlights the AfCHPR's growing legitimacy as a regional mechanism for human rights enforcement. This case signals a broader shift toward accountability and justice in Africa, challenging traditional notions of sovereignty in favour of state responsibility and victim protection.
2025-07-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Lintang Aulia Zahra, Davilla Prawidya Azariahttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3466RESTRUCTURING PRE-TRIAL DETENTION IN INDONESIA: THE URGENCY OF JUDICIAL SCRUTINY AND HUMAN RIGHTS-BASED CORRECTIONAL REFORMS2025-09-11T07:27:04+00:00Taufik Tri Prabowotriprabowotaufik@gmail.com
This study examines the shift in the meaning of pre-trial detention in Indonesia from an exceptional measure to a routine practice in the criminal justice system. Aggregate data from the last five years shows that more than 25% of detention facility occupants are pre-trial detainees, many of whom have never been legally tried. This phenomenon has triggered an overcrowding crisis, deteriorating the physical and mental conditions of detainees, and decreasing the quality of basic rights protection in the correctional system. This research uses mixed-methods methods, combining quantitative analysis based on aggregate data on detention, detention growth, and detention center capacity over the past five years, with qualitative analysis of policy documents, regulations, and penitentiary and human rights law literature. Primary data were obtained from national detention authorities, while secondary data were collected from DGC annual reports, government publications, and civil society organization studies and advocacy. Analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics to map trends and patterns of overcrowding, as well as through critical policy review to identify root causes and formulate reform solutions. The main findings highlight the absence of effective judicial scrutiny mechanisms as the root cause of subjectivity and abuse of power in pre-trial detention practices. Dualism in the management of detention facilities between the police, prosecution, and the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections exacerbates fragmentation of oversight, creates legal uncertainty, and weakens institutional accountability. In addition, weak pretrial mechanisms and the lack of alternatives to non-custodial detention further exacerbate the situation, so that pre-trial detention, which should be a last resort, has turned into a habit that jeopardizes the principles of justice, due process of law, and the protection of human rights. The study recommends the establishment of substantive and independent judicial scrutiny mechanisms, harmonization and centralization of detention facility management under the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, strengthening access to justice and revitalizing habeas corpus, and expanding the use of non-custodial alternatives to detention. These reforms are expected to reorganize Indonesia's pre-trial detention system towards a more just, humane and accountable criminal justice system based on human rights
2025-07-08T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Taufik Tri Prabowohttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3591"SOCIETAL PERSPECTIVES ON THE STIGMATIZATION OF THE REGGAE MUSIC SCENE AS ASSOCIATED WITH CANNABIS USE"2025-09-11T05:04:19+00:00Adam Fauzan Rivaldi Adam.dualibel@gmail.comNadia Intan Fadila nadia.intanfadila@budiluhur.ac.id
Abstract
2025-07-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Adam Fauzan Rivaldi , Nadia Intan Fadila https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4447ADOPTION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN RECRUITMENT: OPPORTUNITIES, RISKS, AND ETHICAL CHALLENGES2025-11-14T15:39:23+00:00Dewi Damayantidwdamayanti75@gmail.com1Oktavianti Oktaviantioktavianti@fekon.unrika.ac.idRizki Eka Putra Eka Putrarizkiekaputra@gmail.com
This article examines the dual-impact of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into organizational recruitment processes. Currently, only 61.07% of Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) meet the standard equipment set. Field evidence indicates targeting and duplication risks: 45% of sampled Puskesmas received equipment they had not requested, while 69% of requested items were already available—signaling a misalignment between planning and actual needs. This study aims to analyze SOPHI's policy implementation in need planning and distribution of equipment at primary facilities, and to identify factors shaping the accuracy and effectiveness of planning and to formulate policy recommendations. A qualitative, post-positivist approach was employed. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected key informants (Ministry of Health, KPK, provincial/district health offices, and Puskesmas in DKI Jakarta, Garut, Jambi City, and Muaro Jambi). Secondary data comes from documents and literature reviews. Analysis followed George C. Edwards III's implementation framework—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Findings show constraints rooted in: (1) incomplete and inconsistent central instructions and weak last-mile communication; (2) inaccurate needs data, limited human resources, and insufficient operational budgets for field verification; (3) opportunistic local dispositions (eg, “apply for everything”) and ASPAK data manipulation; and (4) fragmented authority and misaligned central–local structures that hinder coordination. Collectively, these factors result in mistargeting and procurement duplication. Recommendations include strengthening two-way, last-mile communication; enforcing ASPAK as a verified, tiered, single source of truth; investing in data stewardship capacity and verification budgets; fostering data integrity with clear incentives and sanctions; and realigning coordination channels (involving Kemendari, Irda, and Bappeda) to ensure integrated, needs-based provisioning.
2025-11-18T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kunto Ariawan, Bambang Giyantohttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4508IMPLEMENTATION OF ISBAT NIKAH SOCILIZATION IN RESOLVING UNREGISTERED MARRIAGE REGISTRATION ISSUE (A STUDY AT THE RELIGIOUS COURT OF RANGASBITUNG)2025-11-23T13:40:10+00:00Utari Nurhalizahutaridai.2004@gmail.comHilman Taqiyudinhilman.taqiyudin@uinbanten.ac.idTb. However, many obstacles remain in mastering this competency, especially in the digital era, which requires adapting learning methods. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed that can integrate technology and proven effective learning strategies. This study aims to develop a Hybrid Learning model based on Reciprocal Teaching to systematically and measurably improve students' reading comprehension skills. This model combines online and offline learning with collaborative discussion strategies to form a deeper understanding of the text. The method used in this study is a research and development approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, reading tests, and questionnaires, which were analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings of this study confirm that the Hybrid Learning model based on Reciprocal Teaching is more effective than conventional methods in improving students' metacognitive skills and reading comprehension. This is evidenced by a significant increase of 31.7% in the experimental group, with a p-value of 0.001, compared to the control group, which increased by 13.6% with a p-value of 0.045. This effectiveness demonstrates that integrating metacognitive strategies, utilising technology, and employing collaborative learning in the hybrid model can encourage students to be more active, reflective, and independent in their understanding of reading texts. The Hybrid Reciprocal Teaching model has been proven to be more effective than conventional methods, as it significantly improves students' metacognitive skills and reading comprehension.
2025-11-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ahmad Arkam Ramadhani, Syayyidina Alihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4598THE HUMAN CAPITAL BLUEPRINT: ALIGNING HR STRATEGY WITH BUSINESS GOALS2025-11-30T11:30:59+00:00Larasati Iman Syalsabillahlarasssyalsbillah@gmail.comDhenny Asmarazisa dhennyasmarazisa@gmail.comCatur Fatchu Ukhriyawati catur@fekon.unrika.ac.id
In an era of digital disruption, organizations face the critical challenge of aligning human capital with strategic business goals. However, the existence of sustainability reports does not necessarily reflect real sustainability practices. This study aims to examine the effect of GRI Compliance on firm value and evaluate the role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Score as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from 224 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia during the period 2021–2023. Multiple linear regression models with moderation analysis are used to test the relationship between variables. The results show that GRI Compliance has a positive effect on firm value in both countries. However, ESG Score only acts as a significant moderator in Malaysia, while in Indonesia its role is not significant. This finding indicates that the effectiveness of ESG Score as a sustainability signal booster is greatly influenced by the level of regulatory development and market understanding of sustainability. Thus, companies in developing countries need to not only improve the quality of sustainability reporting but also strengthen ESG implementation to gain market recognition. This study provides important implications for regulators and business actors in designing sustainability reporting policies and strategies that are more accountable and have an impact on firm value. This research also strengthens the urgency of adopting ESG Score as a credible external assessment tool.
2025-07-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ditha Ayu Pratama , Dwi Hartanti https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/3421THE INFLUENCE OF LIFESTYLE AND FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY ON FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR OF SHOPEE PAYLATER USERS AMONG UMMI STUDENTS2025-07-03T22:47:36+00:00Annisa Ayulestari Noerfrengkiputra78@gmail.comNor Norisantinornorisanti@ummi.ac.idKokom Komariahko2mpuspa@ummi.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and financial technology on financial behavior among Shopee PayLater users among students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI). In the digital era, social media facilitates rapid interaction and information exchange, enabling public opinion to form and spread quickly through online discussions. One of the most discussed public issues in Indonesia is the Free Nutritious Meals Program (MBG), launched during the Prabowo-Gibran administration. The program sparked significant attention and conversations, especially on the platform ‘X’. Although the policy was introduced with positive intentions, such as reducing malnutrition and supporting local farmers, it also raised concerns related to budget, implementation quality, and readiness. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method through an online survey to explore how the public perceives the MBG program on platform ‘X’. A total of 400 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The questionnaire was based on Abelson’s public opinion theory, covering belief, attitude, and perception. The findings indicate that public opinion on platform ‘X’ leans toward cautious or passive disagreement. Most respondents recognize the good intentions behind the program but remain sceptical about its execution and long-term sustainability. Average scores for belief, attitude, and perception dimensions fall below the threshold of strong agreement. In conclusion, the MBG program is yet to gain widespread public trust on social media. Although not fully rejected, the program’s reception reflects ongoing critical evaluation and hesitant support from users, shaped by both its perceived shortcomings and the dynamic public discourse occurring online.
2025-07-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Bilqis Rizki Vinaya, Astri Wulandarihttps://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/4074AUDIT QUALITY: THE INTERPLAY OF AUDITOR COMPETENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND TIME PRESSURE IN PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRMS2025-09-15T13:50:07+00:00Rival Andiga Juandamayasari@umsu.ac.idMaya Sarimayasari@umsu.ac.idDahrani Dahranidahrani@umsu.ac.id
This study examines and analyses the effect of auditor competence and professionalism on audit quality with time pressure as a moderating variable in Public Accounting Firms in Medan. This article examines its profound consequences, arguing that such leadership directly and indirectly erodes employee wellbeing and fuels turnover intentions. The analysis demonstrates that toxic leaders actively push employees out by creating a hostile environment, while simultaneously dissolving the pull of loyalty and commitment. This dual assault manifests in significant psychological distress, physical health issues, and social strain for employees. Crucially, the pathway to turnover often involves presenteeism—a costly period of disengagement. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and organizational documents, we identified four core components of Agile HR: Continuous Performance Fluidity, Iterative Talent Mobilization, Just-in-Time Learning Ecosystems, and HR as an Enabling Scaffold. Our findings demonstrate that these practices collectively create a synergistic system that drives organizational adaptability through two primary mechanisms - increased strategic responsiveness and enhanced operational resilience. The research reveals significant improvements in key adaptation metrics, including 85% faster strategic realignment and 78% more efficient talent deployment. Furthermore, the study establishes that Agile HR fosters innovation by cultivating psychological safety and empowerment through continuous feedback and autonomous work structures. This research provides organizations with empirical evidence and a practical framework for transforming HR from an administrative function into a strategic driver of agility and competitive advantage in the digital economy.
2025-11-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Linna Dhah Liawati, Dhenny Asmarazisa , Catur Fatchu Ukhriyawati
