This study examines the regulation of witchcraft offenses in the National Penal Code under Law Number 1 of 2023. Witchcraft, or santet, is a supernatural phenomenon involving metaphysical forces intended to inflict physical, mental, or emotional suffering on victims. The study aims to analyze existing legal regulations and evaluate the challenges of proving such cases within Indonesia's legal system. A normative juridical method was applied, with an analysis of legal statutes and relevant legal literature. The findings indicate that Article 252 sanctions individuals claiming to possess supernatural abilities, with penalties of up to 1 year and 6 months imprisonment or a fine of Category IV, with an additional one-third penalty if the act is committed for profit. While legal provisions exist, proving witchcraft offenses remains difficult due to their intangible nature. Approaches such as expert testimony, medical evidence, and technological tools are highlighted as alternatives for improving evidence mechanisms. In conclusion, the effectiveness of legal regulations on witchcraft offenses requires strengthening evidentiary tools and adopting holistic approaches to ensure justice and legal certainty.

However, there is a major challenge in maintaining the integrity and credibility of the news amid the rapid flow of information that is sometimes unverified. In facing this challenge, it remains important for journalists and media institutions to uphold the principles of ethics and professionalism in news reporting. Thus, the digital era provides opportunities as well as challenges for the world of journalism, requiring various parties to continue to innovate and prioritize the quality and accuracy of information presented to the public. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) dalam memengaruhi keputusan berlibur ke destinasi wisata alam Gunung Tangkuban Parahu di Jawa Barat. e-WOM, sebagai salah satu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran digital, telah menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan wisatawan, terutama melalui platform media sosial, ulasan online, dan rekomendasi dari pengguna lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Gunung Tangkuban Parahu. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk mengukur pengaruh e-WOM terhadap keputusan berlibur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan, dengan faktor kredibilitas sumber, kualitas informasi, dan intensitas ulasan sebagai variabel dominan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkap bahwa wisatawan cenderung lebih percaya pada ulasan dari orang-orang yang mereka kenal atau influencer yang memiliki reputasi baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengelola destinasi wisata untuk memanfaatkan e-WOM secara strategis, seperti meningkatkan kualitas layanan, mempromosikan ulasan positif, dan membangun interaksi yang baik dengan wisatawan melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori pemasaran pariwisata dan praktik pengelolaan destinasi wisata alam.

THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, TEACHER MOTIVATION, WORK CULTURE, WORK ENVIRONMENT, TEACHER WELFARE AND LOCAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT ON SCHOOL PERFORMANCE IN PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN BATAM CITY

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership, teacher motivation, work culture, work environment, teacher welfare, and local community support on school performance in private junior high schools in Batam City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative analysis by distributing questionnaires to private junior high school teachers in Batam City. Statistical tests carried out include validation and reliability, as well as multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents, consisting of principals and teachers, with a population of 200. Sampling was carried out using the product moment formula with an error rate of 5% with a non-probability sampling method, namely cluster sampling, with an error rate of 5%. The results of the analysis showed that all questionnaire items were valid (p <0.05) and the reliability reached 0.87. The results of multiple linear regression showed a calculated R value of 0.84, while the R table at α = 0.05 was 0.30. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted because the calculated R> R table. The R² value of 0.71 indicates that 71% of the variation in school performance can be explained by the six independent variables. The F test produces a significance value of 0.000, which confirms that the regression model is significant at the α = 0.05 level. The t test shows that all independent variables have a p value <0.05, indicating a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on school performance. This study is compared with three previous relevant studies, namely research by Sri Langgeng Ratna Sari (2020), which discusses the effect of leadership on motivation; Rahman (2021), which examines the impact of work culture on performance; and Putri (2022), which investigates the relationship between teacher welfare and school performance. These findings show consistency in the results related to the influence of managerial factors on educational performance.

DETERMINANTS OF CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN MURNI TEGUH HOSPITAL IN BALI

This research was conducted on patients at Murni Teguh Hospital Tuban Bali to find out whether price fairness and service quality have an influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The main reason this research was conducted was to find out whether these factors contributed to the positive assessment of patients towards the Teguh Tuban Bali Murni Hospital. This research is qualitative in nature with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire, with a sample size of 330 respondents, the data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS statistical application. The research results show that price fairness and service quality have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Apart from that, it was also found that price fairness, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty.

Arabic is one of the fields of study taught at the Junior High School level or equivalent. This study discusses the improvement of students' vocabulary mastery through picture card media in Arabic subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' vocabulary mastery through picture card media in Arabic subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan. The results obtained in this study, namely the application of the vocabulary card method accompanied by pictures in Arabic language learning, have proven to be very efficient in facilitating and improving students' memorization in learning Arabic vocabulary.

INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

Risk management is a crucial aspect of hospital management to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and smooth operations. The implementation of integrated risk management helps hospitals identify, assess, and manage risks, both clinical and non-clinical, to minimize injuries, accidents, and financial losses. This article aims to analyze the importance of integrated risk management in hospital management strategies and identify challenges and solutions for its implementation. Based on a literature review and various case studies, it is found that the implementation of international standards such as ISO 31000 has successfully optimized risk management in hospitals, especially in dealing with operational and clinical risks. However, significant challenges are still encountered, such as the lack of professionals trained in risk management and limited supporting technology. Suggested solutions include intensive training for staff, implementation of a technology-based incident reporting system, and integrating risk management with financial processes to prevent budget discrepancies. With these measures, the hospital can increase the effectiveness of risk management, improve patient safety, and maintain optimal continuity of operations.

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a crucial role in the rapid development of MSMEs. This study was conducted at the Al-Bismi Islamic Boarding School Association to analyze the influence of digital accounting and digital literacy on financial report preparation, with user capability as a moderating variable. This research employs an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The study's subjects include Islamic boarding school administrators and students managing MSMEs owned by the pesantren. The variables examined in this study include digital accounting, digital literacy, financial report preparation, and user capability. The results indicate that digital accounting and digital literacy significantly influence financial report preparation. However, user capability does not moderate the effect of digital accounting on financial report preparation, nor does it moderate the effect of digital literacy on financial report preparation.

DEVELOPING USWAH LEARNING MODEL TO STRENGTHEN STUDENT CHARACTER IN MADRASAH

Cultural culturation is the impact of the Revolution Era 4.0 and Society 5.0. This is one of the problems in strengthening the character of Rahmatan lil'Alamin students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research aims to develop an effective Uswah learning model to strengthen the character of Rahmatan lil'Alamin students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research design applies a 4D development research model (define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The subjects of the research were 72 students in grade 4 of Madrasah. The criteria for selecting Madrasah is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, which is in the process of implementing the Independent Curriculum and Religious Moderation. Research instruments use observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Tiagarajan Model. The Uswah Learning Model is relevant and valid when applied to all subjects in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. 90.20% effectiveness rate to strengthen the character of rahmatan lil 'alamin students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, especially aspects: Ta'addub, qudwah, tawassuth, muwathanah. This model can be used as a reference for learning innovation to support the internalization of religious moderation and strengthen the character of Rahmatan lil'Alamine students. However, this Uswah learning model can be applied optimally if competent teachers become role models.

This research was conducted because students felt that the existing teaching materials were boring, less interesting, and less able to make students understand the material easily. Teaching materials that can make it easier for students to understand the material are teaching materials that are made by themselves between students and lecturers, so that they do not only buy books at publishers, but students can be directly involved in writing the material. The computer application teaching materials themselves have never been made by lecturers before. So it is necessary to develop teaching materials in computer application courses so that students can more easily and understand the material. The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for developing teaching materials, producing appropriate teaching materials, and describing the effectiveness of developing teaching materials. The type of research is Research & Development (R & D). The results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that the computer application teaching materials have been validated by media expert lecturers and learning material experts. Based on the validation results from media experts, an average of 36.00 was obtained, which is included in the "Good" criteria with an ideal percentage of 90%. Meanwhile, the validation results from material experts obtained an average of 47.50 which is included in the "Very Good" criteria with an ideal percentage of 79%. The trial stage was carried out twice, namely a limited trial and a broad trial. From the limited trial, the weaknesses and strengths of the computer application teaching materials created were known, so the researcher made a second revision after conducting a limited trial. In the 2nd trial, namely a broad trial, several results were obtained to see whether the computer application teaching materials were effective or not. The hope of developing this teaching material can produce quality teaching materials as a source of learning for students in receiving lecture materials.

This study aims to identify pest insect species and the level of damage they cause to oil palm plants in Air Merah Village, Kampung Rakyat District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that six species of pest insects were found, classified into three orders: Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Orthoptera. The most commonly found species was Setothosea asigna. The level of plant damage varied, with an average percentage of 27.46%, categorized as moderate damage. Pest insects attacking oil palm plants have the potential to reduce plant productivity, making it necessary to implement proper pest control strategies to minimize their impact. This research provides essential information for farmers in mitigating pest attacks and improving oil palm production.

Teachers at State Junior High Schools in Batam City, Riau Islands Province, have varying work ethics. The varying performance of teachers is caused by education, training and experience gained while working. The problem in State Junior High Schools in Batam City is the less than optimal achievement of teachers. Based on the problem, it is suspected that there are several influencing factors, namely leadership, work place, motivation and work commitment felt by teachers. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of work commitment in the influence of leadership, work place, motivation on teacher achievement. The study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The data used in this study used primary data obtained from the answers of 125 respondents. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, namely: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Work Place has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher achievement. Work Commitment can mediate the positive and significant influence between leadership variables, work place and motivation simultaneously on teacher achievement in SMP Negeri Batam City. The managerial implication of this study is that the role of work motivation needs to be considered more deeply to improve teacher achievement to accomplish the targeted goals, because this variable has a positive and significant influence both directly and indirectly.

Bibliometric Analysis is a means of mapping the latest research using meta data processing using Google Scoler. This study aims to determine the latest research developments on the role of the military. Step-by-step analysis is provided to make it easier for first-time users to access and utilize VOSViewers. This provides data analysis on the role of the military so far by utilizing the mapping tool in VOSViewer. The method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the bibliometric performance of the analysis by producing a visualization of the selected topic network. From the search results, 104 relevant journals published from 2006 to 2023 were found, which were then grouped into five categories according to their year of publication. After grouping the journal data, we found that the total number of articles published linked to the topic of the role of the military was 27 articles. As a result, it is concluded that the military is a field that can be combined with other fields to be studied. This is a way to show many opportunities to find new things to determine the theme. Furthermore, this analysis is expected to function as a source for researchers to conduct research and determine research themes.

The importance of teacher performance in improving achievement to determine the quality of education and school performance, This study is an Exploratory Sequential mixed method design study. aims to influence leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance and achievement, both partially and simultaneously with Exploratory Sequential Design . This approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods, starting with an in-depth exploration of the factors that influence the effectiveness of teacher work performance, followed by testing the quantitative model. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Numfor Barat in a remote area. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher applied Exploratory Sequential mixed method design research with a case study approach . In the qualitative stage, the research data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with 1 head of educational unit and 10 subject teachers, and document analysis to identify needs, challenges, and best practices in management. The research data was processed through the stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity of the research data, the researcher conducted data confirmation and credibility by involving the Education Office for the development of educational resources and school supervisors. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the teacher training management model in improving work performance that has been implemented in remote areas consists of the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating stages. (2) The function of the teacher training management model in improving work performance that has been implemented in remote areas runs effectively and efficiently. The results of this study provide important information for the government, school supervisors, principals and teachers. leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher work performance.

MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CONSUMERS AND TURNOVER IN THE COFFEE SHOP BUSINESS IN MEDAN CITY

This study aims to analyze how marketing strategies can increase the number of consumers and turnover in Coffee Shop businesses in Medan City. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative research. The data collection studied in this study amounted to 10 coffee shops taken from various locations. The data analysis technique used in this study is Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the product has a significant correlation with turnover and an increase in the number of coffee shop consumers in Medan City. Price has an opposite effect to the Number of Consumers, while on turnover it shows that price has an effect in the same direction as Turnover. The results of the study also show a significant relationship between price and Coffee Shop Turnover in Medan City. Location has a weak but significant effect on the Number of Consumers and turnover Coffee shop turnover in Medan City. Likewise, Promotion has a unidirectional and significant relationship between promotion and the Number of Coffee Shop Consumers. While on turnover, promotion has an opposite effect to Turnover and has a significant relationship between promotion and Coffee Shop Turnover in Medan City. The process has an effect in the same direction as the Number of Consumers, while on turnover it shows an insignificant relationship between the process and Coffee Shop Turnover in Medan City. There is an influence between HR and the Number of Coffee Shop Consumers in Medan City, while turnover shows an insignificant relationship between HR and Coffee Shop Turnover in Medan City. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between Physical Evidence and the Number of Consumers and Coffee Shop Turnover in Medan City.

MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS OF SAVINGS PRODUCTS AT PT BANK MUAMALAT KCP WIYUNG

This study examines the implementation of savings product marketing strategies at PT Bank Muamalat KC Wiyung and its impact on increasing the number of customers and savings funds. In-depth interviews were conducted with the branch managers of Bank Muamalat Wiyung to obtain an overview of how the bank markets savings products and the challenges faced in implementing them. The results of the study indicate that a combination of marketing strategies through sharia channels such as branch offices and digital such as mobile banking and the use of referral programs can effectively attract new customers and retain old customers. In addition, the implementation of a personal approach through direct visits and promotional campaigns strengthens customer relationships with the bank. However, the bank still faces challenges from intense competition and difficulties in introducing new products to an increasingly growing market. This study highlights the importance of managing innovative and sustainable marketing strategies, and how this can increase customer loyalty and the competitiveness of Bank Muamalat's savings products in the sharia banking market.

This study explores the effectiveness of organic agriculture in supporting sustainable food systems through a review of the latest literature. The results of the study show that organic agriculture can contribute significantly to food sustainability by prioritising the efficient and regenerative use of natural resources and reducing the use of synthetic chemical inputs. In addition, organic agriculture supports biodiversity, maintains soil fertility, and minimises environmental pollution. However, the implementation and scale of organic agriculture still faces various challenges, including high production costs and lower yields. Government support through enabling policies, subsidy programmes, and investment in training and education is needed to overcome these challenges. With the right support, organic farming has great potential to play a key role in a sustainable food system, providing comprehensive environmental, social, and health benefits.

This study aims to analyze how these two factors contribute to brand trust in Olive Fried Chicken, considering the mediating role of brand image. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a focus on Olive Fried Chicken consumers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, using a purposive random sampling method with a sample of 350 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 24 to test the causal relationship between variables and confirm the validity and reliability of the instrument through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). This study shows that logo anthropomorphism and brand familiarity have a positive and significant influence on brand image, which in turn has an impact on increasing brand trust. Brand image acts as a mediator in the relationship between logo anthropomorphism and brand familiarity with brand trust, confirming that a strong image can strengthen consumer trust. Therefore, companies are advised to optimize branding strategies through more anthropomorphic logo designs and increased brand familiarity to build better brand image and trust.

The implementation of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a solution to improve operational efficiency by integrating various aspects of services, including administration, electronic medical records, and resource management. This study aims to analyze the role of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and process innovation in improving hospital operational efficiency. The method used is a literature review by collecting and analyzing sources from academic databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar in the range of 2019-2024. This review discusses the implementation of SIMRS, digitalization of health services, and optimization of medical personnel and facility management. The results show that SIMRS implementation improves administrative efficiency and service coordination, while innovations such as electronic medical records, digital queuing systems, and telemedicine contribute to improved access and quality of care. In addition to technology, efficient management of medical personnel and referral systems also had a significant impact on hospital performance. This study provides recommendations for hospital managers in designing optimal strategies for technology implementation to improve health services.

STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF TIDAL SAND MINING ON THE WATER QUALITY OF THE KAPUAS RIVER

This study focuses on the impact of tidal sand mining on the water quality of the Kapuas River. The research methods include laboratory tests for parameters such as Water Temperature, Turbidity, DO, BOD, COD, TSS, pH, and Color, as well as field measurements using equipment such as Current Meters, ropes with weights, Sechhi Disks, air temperature, and GPS to record sampling locations. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in BOD and COD values at point A9, 200 meters downstream from the mining location, due to suction and overflow of water from pontoon boats. Despite the increase in values, the DO value indicates that the water quality is still good, although not comparable to the increase in BOD and COD. The influence of water discharge is an important factor, where high water discharge, especially at points A7, A8, and A9, results in dilution and decreased concentration of pollutants. Parameter analysis shows a decrease in water quality in spots, indicating a source of pollutants that may be diffuse. However, the average Pollution Index value shows that the water quality meets class III quality standards. Kapuas River water can still be used for fish farming, livestock, agricultural irrigation, and other related purposes. The importance of monitoring and mitigation to minimize the negative impacts of tidal sand mining on water quality and maintain environmental sustainability.

The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, where data is obtained through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy includes products, prices, promotions, places, people, physical evidence, and processes. BSI gold pawn products excel in low deposit fees (ujroh), high estimated value, and fast service through BSI Mobile and Byond. The pricing strategy uses the Basic Gold Price (HDE) based on the average gold price in the last four months and considering competitor prices. Promotion is carried out through flyers, banners, socialization, application pop-ups, and WA Blast. Product distribution is easier with digital services that allow customers to make transactions without going to a branch office. In terms of service, customer service plays a role in providing information and assisting with transactions. Physical evidence can be seen from the office facilities and attractive promotional materials. The gold pawn process is made efficient, from handing over gold to disbursing funds and extending the pawn digitally. Although still facing competition with conventional pawnshops, the 7P-based marketing strategy has proven to increase the appeal of this product. More aggressive innovation and promotion are needed so that BSI gold pawnshops are better known to the public.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of physical sanctions in Sanger customary law, which is practiced within the Muslim community of Danau Sembuluh Village, Danau Sembuluh District, Seruyan Regency, as well as the Islamic legal perspective on these physical sanctions in Sanger customary law within the same community. A qualitative research method was employed, using a field research approach, with the findings presented descriptively (in the form of words or sentences). Regarding the research approach, the study adopts a socio-legal perspective, meaning that it focuses on legal aspects as perceived by the community, particularly concerning the application of physical sanctions in Sanger customary law, which is then examined through the lens of Islamic law. The findings indicate that the implementation of physical sanctions in Sanger customary law in Danau Sembuluh Village, Danau Sembuluh District, Seruyan Regency—including within its Muslim community—adheres to principles aligned with the legal framework of Indonesia, namely kinship, justice, and deliberation in the interest of the collective good. From an Islamic legal perspective, this practice falls under the category of al-'Urf al-Shahih (valid customary practice), as it promotes maslahah (benefit) and prevents mufsadah (harm). However, if the application of such sanctions involved oppression, disproportionality, or exceeded reasonable limits, it would instead be classified as al-'Urf al-Fasid (corrupt customary practice), which is deemed invalid. This distinction aligns with the principles outlined in the Qur'an, Hadith, and the opinions of Islamic scholars.

The results of the study indicate that Perceived usefulness towards customer satisfaction has a significant effect with a p-value of 0.001. Perceived ease of use towards customer satisfaction has a significant effect with a p-value = 0.013. Perceived credibility towards customer satisfaction has a significant effect with a p-value of 0.005. Perceived usefulness towards repeat usage intention has a significant effect with a p-value of 0.000. Customer satisfaction is proven to be a mediator that strengthens the relationship between the three independent variables towards repeat usage intention. A significant indirect effect was found in the relationship between perceived usefulness (β = 0.087, p = 0.023), perceived ease of use (β = 0.068, p = 0.041), and perceived credibility (β = 0.074, p = 0.026) towards repeat usage intention through customer satisfaction. The R-square value shows that this model can explain 32.1% of the variability in customer satisfaction and 64.2% of the variability in repeat usage intention, indicating that other factors outside the model can still influence the dependent variables.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of video tutorials in improving students' understanding of Informatics learning at SMA N 1 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest control group design, the results of the study showed that the experimental class using video tutorials experienced a significant increase in learning outcomes with an N-gain value of 0.74 (high category), compared to the control class with the lecture method which obtained an N-Gain of 0.43 (moderate category). Observations showed that the implementation of learning was very good with an average of 92.06%, and students' responses to video tutorials were also positive with good assessments. In conclusion, video tutorials have proven to be more effective in improving students' understanding, providing learning flexibility, and increasing student involvement, so it is recommended to be applied in Informatics learning.

The development of cryptocurrency as an investment instrument is increasingly attracting the attention of investors, especially among the digital community. However, investment decisions in this asset are often influenced by psychological biases, such as herding bias and overconfidence, which can lead to irrational and high-risk decision-making. This study aims to analyze the effect of herding bias and overconfidence on cryptocurrency investment decisions, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the relationship between variables. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed online to members of the Tokocrypto Official Group community with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the snowball sampling technique. The results of the study show that herding bias has no significant effect on cryptocurrency investment decisions, while overconfidence has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. However, financial literacy is not proven to significantly moderate the relationship between herding bias and overconfidence on investment decisions. This finding indicates that even though investors have a good level of financial literacy, psychological factors still play a dominant role in making investment decisions in cryptocurrency. This study contributes to enriching the literature on behavioral finance by revealing the limited role of financial literacy in suppressing psychological bias in risky investment decisions. The practical implications of this study emphasize the need for investment education that focuses not only on financial literacy, but also on controlling psychological aspects in investment decision making.

The workloads with the greatest levels will be determined for more research and solutions. Cardiovascular Load (CVL) is used to measure physical workload, and National Aeronautical and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) is used to assess mental workload. These methods have identified varying degrees of physical and mental strain across different job roles. The results show that the cooking and filtering phases are key areas that demand particular focus. Workers in the cooking and filtering areas had respective CVL values of 30.60% and 30.24%, while the mental workloads assessed using the NASA-TLX reached 80.33 and 81.33.

Hospital administration is facing increasing challenges in ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining the quality of healthcare services. The digital transformation in hospital administration, particularly through the implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) and process innovations, has become a crucial strategy in improving service efficiency. SIMRS facilitates data integration, automates administrative tasks, and enhances coordination among hospital units, leading to faster and more accurate service delivery. However, its implementation faces obstacles such as limited technological infrastructure, staff readiness, and high implementation costs. Meanwhile, process innovation such as digital queue systems and automated administrative procedures, optimizes resource utilization and reduces patient waiting times. Despite these advantages, challenges like resistance to change and limited funding remain significant barriers. This study, conducted through a literature review, analyzes the relationship between SIMRS, process innovation, and hospital efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of comprehensive strategies, including policy support, staff training, and infrastructure development, to ensure effective digital transformation in hospital administration.

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IN SHARIA BANKING TRANSACTION TRANSPARENCY

This study aims to analyse the implementation of blockchain technology to improve the transparency of Islamic banking transactions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely a literature analysis study (library research), with content analysis techniques on various credible sources such as reference books, indexed scientific journals (Scopus, Sinta, Google Scholar), financial reports, and official documents related to policies and regulations in Islamic banking. The focus of this research is to explore the potential of blockchain in strengthening the principles of transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency, and to identify the challenges faced in its implementation in the Islamic banking sector. The results show that blockchain technology is able to minimise the risk of fraud, improve operational efficiency through a decentralised, secure, and immutable transaction recording system, and strengthen customer trust. Innovations such as smart contracts, Islamic DeFi, and digital sukuk open up opportunities for the development of Islamic financial products that are more adaptive and inclusive. However, there are several challenges including regulatory limitations, technological infrastructure readiness, low digital literacy, and the need to adjust blockchain to sharia principles, especially regarding the potential for usury, gharar, and maisir. This research recommends collaboration between regulators, Islamic financial institutions, and technology providers in designing a legal framework that is compliant with sharia principles and supports system transparency. The key to successful blockchain implementation is increased digital literacy among industry players and the public, strengthened regulation, and investment in technological infrastructure. This research also emphasises the importance of further exploring the impact of blockchain on Islamic financial inclusion and customer data protection to build a more transparent, fair and inclusive Islamic banking system.

This study explores the influence of cost information and energy efficiency in sustainable new product development. With a 2x2 factorial experimental design, the study involved Accounting students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Data were collected through experimental tasks based on the type of cost information and the level of energy efficiency. The ANOVA results showed that energy efficiency had a significant effect on green product design, while cost information had no direct effect. These findings emphasize the importance of energy efficiency in product development for sustainability. Green products can reduce production costs, minimize waste, and increase competitiveness. The application of green technology also attracts investment, creates jobs, and supports industrial innovation. In addition, compliance with environmental regulations strengthens sustainable economic growth and improves people's quality of life. Thus, this study contributes to encouraging business practices that support sustainability and industrial innovation.

This study aims to investigate how Return on Assets (ROA) of PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk is affected by Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) during 2019–2023. Quantitative method with associative approach is used. The relationship between variables is evaluated through multiple linear regression analysis. According to the partial test results (t-test), CR, DER, and TATO have a positive and significant impact on ROA, indicating that liquidity management, capital structure, and asset utilization efficiency play an important role in increasing the company's profitability. The simultaneous test results (F-test) show that CR, DER, and TATO simultaneously significantly affect ROA, showing that the combination of the three variables has a strong contribution to the company's profitability. From the perspective of agency theory, these results reflect that management has acted in accordance with the interests of the owners by optimizing the management of assets, capital, and debt to increase financial performance.

OPTIMIZING BPJS CLAIMS MANAGEMENT: AN ANALYSIS OF SUBMISSION ACCURACY, ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS EFFICIENCY AND ITS IMPACT ON HOSPITAL FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

The National Health Insurance (JKN) system managed by BPJS Kesehatan aims to ensure access to health services for the community. However, the implementation of this program faces challenges in hospital claims management, including delays in claims submission and payment. This study analyzes the accuracy of BPJS Health claims submission by hospitals, the factors that affect the efficiency of claims administration, and the impact on hospital financial sustainability. The method used in this research is a qualitative method because researchers want to see the natural conditions of the object. The results showed that delays in claims occurred due to a long administrative process, errors in filling out documents, and limited knowledge of medical personnel in diagnosis codification. In addition, the claims payment process took up to 3 months and 10 days, causing financial pressure for the hospital. To overcome these problems, good coordination between health workers and coders, increased accuracy in recording medical data, and utilization of information technology are needed to accelerate claims verification. With an improved claims management system, hospitals can maintain financial stability and improve the quality of health services.

STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH STRENGTHENING ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION

This study aims to find strategies and ways to improve the performance of permanent employees at the operator level at the Association of Temporary Storage and Tank Terminal Entrepreneurs (APT3B) of Banten Province. The population in this study were permanent employees at the operator level, with a total of 234 respondents selected using the Multistage Random Sampling method. This study uses a mix method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the factors that influence the performance of permanent employees at the operator level at APT3B Banten Province. The study population consisted of 234 employees selected using Multistage Random Sampling. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The qualitative approach was carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of employees and analyzed using thematic analysis. The combination of these two approaches is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance at APT3B. Organizational culture and transformational leadership have a greater direct influence on employee performance, while work motivation acts as an intervening variable with a smaller influence. Strengthening organizational culture and transformational leadership can improve overall employee performance and motivation and support the achievement of organizational goals. This study supports previous findings and provides direction for improving human resource management at APT3B.

EVALUATION OF LAND SUITABILITY FOR OIL PALM (ELAEIS QUINEENSIS JACQ) IN TANJUNG SIRAM VILLAGE BILAH HULU DISTRICT LABUHANBATU

Currently, the government continues to encourage the development of oil palm plantation areas with the aim of boosting domestic economic activity. Tanjung Siram has a large area of land and has the potential to be developed into plantations, especially oil palm plantations. This regency has a land area of 1056 ha. Therefore, an evaluation of land suitability needs to be carried out in order to know the actual and potential land suitability class recommendations for oil palm plantations in that village. The stages in the research included secondary data collection, pre-survey, main survey and soil analysis in the laboratory. Land suitability classification is done by matching method. From the research results it is known that the limiting factors in the actual land suitability class at the study site were temperature, water availability, nutrient retention, and erosion hazard. After improvements have been made with good land management, the land suitability class can be increased with a potential land suitability class, which was previously classified as S3, increased to S2, and previously classified as S2, can be increased to S1. Thus, to obtain good oil palm growth in this region, it is necessary to improve the limiting factors on each land.

ENTOPHARMACOLOGICAL STUDY OF CANDLENUT PLANT (ALEURITES MOLUCCANA L.) AS A TREATMENT FOR BANJAR COMMUNITY DISEASE

Candlenut plants also known as keminting have various benefits for the Banjar community, especially in the fields of health, economy, and culture. However, its use in the perspective of ethnobotany based on local wisdom has not been widely studied, especially in the pharmacological aspect. This study aims to analyze the use of candlenut plants as natural medicine in Banyu Irang Village, South Kalimantan. The research method was snowball sampling with data collection techniques through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Ethnopharmacologically, various parts of the candlenut plant, such as roots, stems, leaves, and seeds, have long been used in traditional medicine. Candlenut oil is used for hair care and skin health, while the boiled water of the leaves is used to improve digestion and help the body's detoxification process. Local communities still maintain this practice for generations as part of their cultural heritage. In addition to its health benefits, candlenut also has economic potential as a raw material for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and herbal industries. However, its utilization and on-site management are still limited, so efforts are needed to improve cultivation and crop processing innovations to optimize its economic benefits. The results of this study are expected to support efforts to conserve candlenut plants while maintaining the local wisdom values of the Banyu Irang Village community. In addition, further studies on the ethnobotanical aspects and potential commercialisation of candlenut can provide knowledge of its use in people's lives in a sustainable manner.

THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, EMPLOYEE TRAINING, AND SERVICE QUALITY IN IMPROVING PATIENT SATISFACTION

The healthcare industry is undergoing a significant transformation due to technological advances and public demand for better services. This study aims to examine the role of information technology, employee training, and service quality in improving patient satisfaction. Information technology, such as electronic medical records and telemedicine, improves service efficiency and access to medical information. Employee training, both technical and communication skills, contribute to improving the competence of medical and non-medical personnel in providing responsive and empathetic services. Service quality, including speed, accuracy, friendliness, and convenience of facilities, is also an important factor in influencing patient satisfaction. This research used a literature review approach, collecting data from various scientific articles, journals, and related publications. The results showed that a combination of the three factors - information technology, training, and service quality - plays an important role in improving patient satisfaction. The study also identified challenges in the implementation of health service improvement strategies and provided recommendations for the development of more innovative and patient-oriented services.

THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS ON THE DELAYS OF GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN WEST PAPUA PROVINCE

Construction work is a work that has a complex system because it involves various parties from the pre-contract stage to the post-contract stage so that it often causes problems of delays in completing work which can result in failure to achieve project objectives. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that influence delays in government projects in West Papua Province, as well as to analyze the impact of these internal and external factors. The study was conducted in the West Papua Province area covering Manokwari Regency, South Manokwari, Arfak Mountains, Fakfak, Kaimana, Bintuni Bay, and Wondama Bay. The research sample was a construction company located in the West Papua Province area which was taken using the Cluster Sampling technique. The internal factor variables observed included financial problems, human resources, materials. The external variables from the government that were observed included design and planning, Government Regulations of the Special Autonomy Law. While the environmental factors observed included weather conditions. The variables of the impact of delays observed included costs, time, payment, scheduling, and productivity. The data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale, and analyzed using the RII (Relative Importance Index) program to determine the dominant factors causing delays in the completion of construction work, and the impacts caused. This study found that the main internal factors influencing the delay of construction projects were delays in the delivery of materials from outside West Papua, and limited budget or working capital affected the smooth implementation of the project. While the main external factors were direct appointments that did not understand the specifications of the work, direct appointments of contractors from Papuan companies who were not competent in carrying out the work, and design changes made in the middle of the project increased the risk of delays. The existence of internal and external factors of delays has an impact on increasing the time needed to complete the project, rescheduling from the specified time, increasing costs used in completing the project, delays in payments, and decreasing productivity/efficiency of the workforce.

The method used is a literature study with secondary data from articles and literature taken from Google Scholar (2020-2024). The results of research conducted by several authors also show that marketing strategies and service innovation have a significant impact in increasing the number of patients visiting the hospital.The research results show that these two factors have a positive effect on the number of patient visits. Effective marketing strategies can attract public interest in health services, while service innovation improves the quality of the patient experience. These two factors interact, helping hospitals strengthen their competitive advantage and drive patient growth. Therefore, hospitals must develop effective marketing and service innovation strategies to maintain growth and competitive advantage.

COLLABORATION OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY IN PREVENTION OF DIABETIC RETINOPATHY: STUDY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM AT UNDAAN EYE HOSPITAL SURABAYA

This study aims to increase public awareness of DR prevention through education, screening, and training of health cadres. The methods used in this program include health education, interactive discussion sessions, and eye screening for participants at risk. The education was conducted in three sessions with a total of 150 participants consisting of diabetes sufferers, families, and the general public. Health screening involved 70 participants to detect the possibility of DR at an early stage. In addition, 10 health cadres were trained to assist in providing education to the surrounding community. The results of the program showed an 85% increase in participants' understanding of DR prevention based on a post-education survey. Although no DR cases were found in the screening, this activity still provided benefits in increasing public awareness of the importance of routine eye examinations. Health cadre training also had a positive impact by strengthening the role of the community in ongoing education. With a community-based approach and collaboration between hospitals and the community, this program is expected to contribute to reducing the incidence of DR and improving the quality of life of diabetes sufferers.

The validity or otherwise of a study depends on the type of data collection used to select the right method according to the type of research.The results of this study arefound that the teaching and learning process using Problem Based Learning can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. In this study, students who participated in project-based learning had a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts compared to students who participated in traditional learning and could significantly improve student learning outcomes.This approach creates a more interactive and immersive learning environment, which has a positive impact on their academic achievement.
