https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2936

This research aims to examine corruption crimes committed by political parties. This article discusses (1) corruption crimes committed by political parties as corporations; (2) law enforcement against corporate political parties that commit acts of corruption; and (3) the ideal concept of law enforcement on corporate corruption crimes of political parties from the perspective of prophetic law in Indonesia. The research method used is empirical legal research based on case studies. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, field notes, and library research. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and juridical analysis. The results of the study show that (1) Corruption crimes committed by political parties as corporations can be prosecuted based on four basic justifications. Even though, until now there have been no sanctions against political parties against criminal acts committed by members of political parties even though they actually fulfill the elements of criminal acts of corruption; (2) There are several types of law enforcement against corporate political parties that commit acts of corruption. If you use the provisions in Article 20 of the Corruption Law jo. Amended Corruption Law, the form of sanction against political parties is only a fine with a maximum penalty plus 1/3 (one third). However, if you use the provisions in Article 7 of the TPPU Law, the form of sanctions can be in the form of fines; announcement of the judge's decision; suspension of part or all of political party business activities; revocation of political party operational permits; dissolution and/or banning of political parties; confiscation of political party assets for the state, and/or taking political parties by the state; and (3) The ideal concept of law enforcement for political party corporate corruption crimes from the perspective of prophetic law in Indonesia is based on a comparative study between the United States criminal law system and the Dutch criminal law system regarding the concept of corporate/organizational punishment. In addition, it also promotes prophetic values for the prevention of corruption.

Bambang Yugo PamungkasEko Wahyudi

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2861

Culinary small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy, contributing to GDP, employment, and community income. This dissertation research is significant as it identifies sustainability challenges resulting from low komitmen terhadap organisasi, influenced by variables such as perceived organizational support and creativity, with work motivation acting as a mediating factor. Moreover, there has been a lack of specific studies addressing this issue. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the three variables on komitmen terhadap organisasi and to formulate strategic approaches to enhance the sustainability of culinary SMEs in Bogor City.Seven hypotheses are proposed, examining the influence of perceived organizational support and creativity on work motivation and komitmen terhadap organisasi, as well as the mediating role of work motivation in these relationships. The novelty of this research lies in its strategic framework for enhancing komitmen terhadap organisasi to ensure business sustainability and its integration of the three exogenous variables into a validated analytical model. A mixed-method approach was employed, involving 230 employee respondents from Bogor City, collected between December 2023 and July 2024. The findings reveal that perceived organizational support affects komitmen terhadap organisasi through the mediation of work motivation. Additionally, both creativity and work motivation have a direct influence on komitmen terhadap organisasi. Furthermore, five strategic recommendations were developed to support the sustainability of culinary SMEs. It is expected that the results of this dissertation can serve as a foundation and guide for academics, entrepreneurs, and policymakers in formulating more effective policies to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of culinary SMEs at both the national (Bogor and Indonesia) and international levels.
Roosganda ElizabethDidik NotosudjonoHamzah

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2820

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the Implementation of the Community Empowerment Program from Various Sources of Village Funds in Bagan Melibur, Meranti Islands Regency. The theory used in this study is the Empowerment theory of Aprilia Theresia, et al. (2014) and Team Work Lapera (2001) which emphasizes several limitations of empowered village communities, namely: welfare problems, problems of access to resources, problems of awareness, the ability to understand the problems faced; and participation problems. The nature of this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical type. The number of informants was 17 people through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were by interviews and observations. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the community empowerment program from various sources of village funds was not yet effective, because at the preparation stage there was no provision of expert assistants, lack of data and information about the state of village potential related to the productive economic community empowerment program. Community empowerment has not been optimal due to lack of access to capital and mentoring and training. Lack of assistance and provision of agricultural mechanization, superior seed technology, fertilizers, pesticides, and others, which are needed by farmers. The poor performance of BUMDES and Village Cooperatives and the lack of partnerships with private companies in both production and marketing of products. Incorporating a cultural approach in the implementation of community empowerment programs in Bagan Melibur is essential to align development initiatives with local values, traditions, and social norms, thereby enhancing community participation and ownership. This approach leverages existing social cohesion and indigenous knowledge to overcome challenges related to resource access, awareness, and institutional performance, ultimately fostering more sustainable and effective empowerment outcomes.
Wan JumiatiSufian HamimHamdi Agustin

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2771

Preeclampsia remains one of the leading causes of maternal mortality globally, particularly in developing countries with limited access to antenatal care and emergency obstetric services. This study aims to synthesize scientific evidence regarding the relationship between preeclampsia and maternal mortality in Asia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Using reputable databases such as Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science, the study analyzed relevant articles published between 2020 and 2024. The results indicate that preeclampsia significantly contributes to maternal death through complications such as eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, and multi-organ failure. The trend of publications shows fluctuating research interest, with a peak in 2023, reflecting increased attention to maternal health post-pandemic. The majority of studies originate from the health sciences and biomedical fields, focusing on clinical interventions and pathophysiology. However, contributions from social, cultural, and policy-oriented research remain minimal, indicating a need for interdisciplinary integration. This review highlights critical risk factors such as chronic hypertension, limited prenatal care, and socio-economic disparities that exacerbate the impact of preeclampsia. It also emphasizes the importance of early detection, risk communication, and context-specific interventions in reducing maternal mortality. Ultimately, this synthesis provides a foundation for improving health policies, clinical practices, and future research directions related to preeclampsia and maternal mortality in Asia.
Pratiwi Ramlan Sunandar SaidZulkarnain SulaimanKhaeriyah AdriMardhatillahDevy FebriantiRuslang

This study uses two independent variables, namely knowledge and attitude with one dependent variable, namely the use of PPE. The type of data used in this study is primary data, where the data comes from the results of distributing questionnaires to bus mechanics at PT Antar Lintas Sumatra. After conducting a literature and field review and formulating a hypothesis, the population and sample in this study were 30 respondents, with a total sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at the central workshop of PT Antar Lintas Sumatra in the period December 2024-March 2025. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out with software through multiple linear regression, as well as the t test and F test to test the relationship between variables, with the coefficient of determination (R²) to see the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The t test shows that the knowledge variable (X1) has a significant effect on the use of PPE. This is proven by the results of the t-test statistics for the knowledge variable indicated by a value of 3.518 and in the table of 2.048 and a Sig value (0.002 <0.05). The attitude variable (X2) has a significant effect on the use of PPE. This is proven by the results of the t-test statistics for the attitude variable which is shown with a value of 12.188 and in the table of 2.048 and a Sig value (0.000 <0.05). The F test shows that the variables of knowledge (X1) and attitude (X2) have a significant effect on the use of PPE simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 86.0% of PPE use is influenced by knowledge and attitude variables, and the remaining 14.0% by other variables not examined. Suggestions in this study are that companies must be able to provide PPE according to standards, tighten supervision of PPE use, and increase socialization of PPE use in the work environment.
Maulidya PermataYulia Khairina AsharReni Agustina Harahap

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2800

This study aims to map trends and research patterns regarding the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk and firm value through a bibliometric approach. Although the concept of ESG is increasingly widely adopted in global business and investment practices, the results of academic research related to its impact on corporate value still show inconsistencies. Some studies have found that ESG is able to improve reputation, reduce risk, and strengthen company value, while others show negative impacts due to increased costs or misalignment of strategies. To answer this uncertainty, this study uses a data-based bibliometric analysis method from Scopus, with a total of 153 articles selected based on certain exclusion criteria in the period 2016–2025. Visualization and analysis were carried out using VOSviewer and RStudio software, and supported by a systematic literature review. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of ESG publications since 2020, with contributions dominating from countries such as India, the United States, and China. In addition, there are five main thematic clusters in ESG research: governance and risk, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate value and performance, strategy and competitiveness, and theoretical perspectives. This study makes an important contribution in explaining the scientific landscape of ESG and firm value, as well as identifying research gaps that can be the basis for further research. These findings are relevant not only to academics, but also to investors, corporate managers, and policymakers who want to understand the strategic implications of ESG on corporate value.
Andayani WuryanIndrayani IndrayaniIqbal LhutfiMaharani WuryantoroHaddy Mboob

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2871

Oversight and accountability are fundamental elements in political budget management that serve to ensure transparency, prevent misuse of funds, and improve efficiency in budget allocation. This literature review explores how effective oversight and accountability mechanisms can influence the quality of budget management, drawing on various academic studies and international reports. The literature indicates that oversight involving civil society, the media, and information technology can strengthen openness, while accountability mechanisms such as audits and periodic reporting are key tools for maintaining political integrity. However, challenges such as political resistance, lack of capacity in oversight institutions, and low public awareness remain significant obstacles. Based on this analysis, structural reforms and cross-sectoral collaboration are essential to enhance the effectiveness of oversight and accountability in political budget management, thereby building public trust and ensuring the sustainability of a more responsive and transparent political system.

Loso JudijantoAni KusumaningsihAdih Supriadi

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2752

Video game piracy through illegal download sites has become a serious issue that harms game developers and publishers, particularly concerning their copyright and economic rights. This research aims to analyze the role of the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) in addressing these sites, based on Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright and Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE). The research method employed is normative legal research with a statutory and regulatory analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that Kemkomdigi plays a role in blocking access to piracy sites after receiving recommendations and reports from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. However, challenges such as bureaucratic chains, lack of inter-agency coordination, and low public awareness continue to hinder the effectiveness of handling Illegal Video Game Download Sites. Kemkomdigi has developed the Content Moderation Compliance System (SAMAN) to enhance detection and blocking of illegal content. Long-term solutions to tackle piracy include public education, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, and advancing blocking technologies to create a digital environment free from piracy.
Nicholas Pratama Budi EryonoAndriyanto Adhi Nugroho

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2921

The advancement of the digital era demands that teachers possess a high level of adaptability. However, in rural areas such as Limbangan Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, limitations in infrastructure and access to technology pose significant challenges. This study aims to examine the influence of teacher leadership and participation in learning communities on the learning agility of elementary school teachers. A quantitative approach with explanatory research design was employed, involving 137 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that teacher leadership has a positive and significant effect on learning agility (p < 0.05), while participation in learning communities does not show a significant partial effect. However, jointly, both variables have a significant influence on learning agility, contributing 67% to the variance. These findings highlight that strengthening teacher leadership is a key factor in enhancing adaptive learning capacity amid limitations. Meanwhile, participation in learning communities needs to be more strategically directed to have a tangible impact on professional development. This research contributes to the literature on teacher capacity development in rural areas and offers policy directions to support digital-based educational transformation.
Istuningtyas PramestiYovitha YuliejantiningsihSupriyono Purwosaputro

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2788

Limestone mining, while pivotal to industrialization and infrastructure expansion, often begets a paradoxical coexistence of economic promise and socio-environmental adversity—particularly in ecologically sensitive and socially fragile landscapes. This study interrogates the multifaceted implications of limestone extraction on the local communities of Khumnoh, situated within the tectonically active and resource-rich belt of South Kashmir. Despite burgeoning industrial interest in the region, scholarly inquiry into the sociological and economic reverberations of mineral extraction remains conspicuously limited. This research endeavors to bridge this epistemic lacuna by conducting an in-depth, community-centric investigation into the socioeconomic ramifications of limestone mining in the aforementioned locale. Employing a robust mixed-methods framework, the study integrates quantitative data from 100 structured household surveys with qualitative insights derived from 10 semi-structured interviews involving diverse community stakeholders—including miners, traders, educators, healthcare workers, and governance representatives. Stratified random sampling ensured representational integrity, while thematic analysis of narrative accounts augmented the statistical findings, thereby affording a comprehensive evaluative lens. The analysis focused on key dimensions such as livelihood diversification, income generation, public health, environmental degradation, gendered access to mining benefits, and infrastructural evolution. The findings reveal an ambivalent reality: while a notable segment of the population has experienced marginal economic uplift through mining-related employment and trade linkages, the majority remains either unengaged or inadequately compensated. Dust proliferation, water resource vulnerability, and respiratory ailments were recurrent environmental grievances, compounded by a palpable deficit in corporate transparency and public participation in decision-making processes. Furthermore, infrastructure benefits were largely confined to transport routes, with limited investment in healthcare, education, or gender-inclusive development. The study concludes that while limestone mining in Khumnoh does contribute to regional economic circuits, it does so in a manner that is neither equitably inclusive nor environmentally sustainable. Absent proactive regulatory oversight and participatory governance, the current trajectory of extractive expansion portends long-term socioecological dislocation. It is thus imperative to recalibrate mining operations through community engagement mechanisms, environmental safeguards, and targeted corporate social responsibility (CSR) interventions. The study not only elucidates the nuanced interplay between resource extraction and human development in peripheral regions but also offers a replicable analytical paradigm for evaluating the social license to operate in similar geoeconomic contexts.

Gazala Yousuf Mir

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2838

This study explores the role of competence, organizational culture, and tauhid in shaping work motivation among employees of consulting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekanbaru City. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this article synthesizes findings from recent empirical and theoretical studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these three factors interact to influence employee motivation. The review highlights that competence, encompassing knowledge, skills, and abilities, is a fundamental driver of motivation, enabling employees to perform their tasks effectively and with confidence. Organizational culture, characterized by shared values, norms, and practices, creates an environment that can either foster or hinder motivation depending on its alignment with employee expectations and organizational goals. Tauhid, representing the integration of Islamic monotheistic values, is identified as a unique motivational factor within the context of Indonesian MSMEs, promoting a sense of purpose, ethical conduct, and spiritual fulfillment at work. The synthesis reveals that the interplay between competence, organizational culture, and tauhid not only enhances intrinsic motivation but also contributes to sustained organizational performance and employee well-being. The study concludes that a holistic approach, which integrates professional competence, supportive organizational culture, and spiritual values, is essential for fostering high work motivation in consulting MSMEs. Recommendations for future research include empirical investigations into the practical implementation of tauhid in organizational settings and its measurable impact on motivation and performance.
Amiruddin SiregarSri IndrastutiHamdi AgustinSufian Hamim

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2685

This research aims to determine the distribution pattern of gas-containing sediments in East Java. The potential for biogenic gas in East Java can be determined by creating a shallow reflection seismic profile. The research locations are Sumenep Regency and Gresik Regency. The shallow reflection seismic profile of Sumenep Regency shows that sequences A and B are penetrated by mud diapirs. New black clay was discovered in the Holocene–Pleistocene Pamekasan Formation. In Sumenep, the formation of biogenic gas and deposition of sediment as source rock and reservoir occurred over a short period of time so that gas production was insufficient. The biogenic gas content near the surface in black clay is low, so there is no potential for further exploration. The minimal potential for biogenic gas near the surface in the Sumenep Basin is caused by tectonic processes, stratigraphic conditions (estuary systems) and structures (small faults and mud diapirs) which influence the migration and accumulation pathways of biogenic gas. In Gresik Regency, the potential distribution of sediment containing biogenic gas can only be observed laterally and is very difficult to observe vertically. The gas deposits are estimated to be in the C order and are evenly distributed
NurkholisSuyono ThamrinMohamad Sidik Boedoyo

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2742

Cross-cultural communication that occurs in the company runs well, both between leaders and employees and between employees. The differences in language of expatriate leaders can be understood by employees, because leaders sometimes use English to communicate. According to interviews with administrative staff, language skills in cross-cultural communication carried out by Japanese expatriate leaders often become an obstacle for all existing employees, causing communication misunderstandings and ineffective employee performance. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 760 MRT employees. Based on the results of the calculation using the Solvin formula, the sample in this study was 88 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between cross-cultural communication strategies on employee performance at PT. Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta. Based on the Determination Coefficient Table (R2) shows the contribution of the influence of Cross-Cultural Communication Strategies on Employee Performance of 16.3%.
Saskita Anzelia IndrawatiCatur Nugroho

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2817

Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) are a concrete form of people's sovereignty in directly electing leaders. Since the implementation of direct Pilkada, various community organizations have begun to actively participate, including Pemuda Pancasila. This study aims to determine the form of political participation of members of the Pemuda Pancasila organization in the 2024 Pilkada in Majalengka Regency, the factors that influence their participation, and the interaction of this organization with political parties and other mass organizations. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, and social media documentation. The results of the study show that Pemuda Pancasila plays an active role in campaigns and mass mobilization with a background of organizational solidarity, loyalty to internal leadership, and the influence of local elites. Their participation is also relevant to Huntington's theory of political participation and Watson's behaviorist communication. This study concludes that Pemuda Pancasila's role as a non-party political actor can strengthen or challenge local democratic practices, depending on how they navigate this role within the boundaries of democratic law and ethics.
Syilfa FakhiraCatur Nugroho

https://radjapublika.com/index.php/MORFAI/article/view/2874

Digital transformation in education has driven a paradigm shift from the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to the development of Adaptive Learning Systems (ALS) based on artificial intelligence (AI). This article aims to examine the evolution of this learning system through a literature study approach to 16 national and international scientific articles in the 2015–2025 period. The results of the study indicate that the integration of AI in the learning system strengthens personalization, student engagement, and the effectiveness of learning achievement. LMS has now evolved from a managerial and content distribution platform into an ALS that is adaptive and responsive to the characteristics of individual learners. However, this transition process is not without challenges, including the need for representative data training, the readiness of technological infrastructure, and issues of data ethics and privacy. This study recommends an integrative and inclusive strategy in the implementation of AI-based ALS to realize a dynamic, personal, and sustainable digital learning ecosystem.
Bahrul AlamAhmad KosimEny ErmawatySarwiyanti
