THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY MODERATED BY THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AT PT HANJAYA MANDALA SAMPOERNA

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on work productivity and the moderating role of the work environment in the relationship between work discipline and work productivity at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna. The study involved 102 respondents, and the data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. However, the work environment does not moderate the relationship between work discipline and work productivity at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna.
