Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology acceptance on behavioral intentions of healthcare workers in the context of pre-implementation at Primaya UKRIDA Hospital. Although AI offers benefits in improving efficiency, diagnostic accuracy, and clinical decision-making, its successful implementation depends on user acceptance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an integration of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The research variables include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, and technology anxiety on behavioral intentions. Data were collected through questionnaires to healthcare workers, namely doctors and nurses. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, and facilitating conditions had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions, while technology anxiety had a negative effect. These findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use, social support, and facility readiness increase AI adoption intentions, while technology anxiety is a barrier. This study emphasizes the importance of human resource readiness through digital literacy, training, and organizational support to support AI implementation in hospitals.
